to youUnfortunately, this customer incurred a very large bill, over $1,100, in April of for services at our practiceHe received more than one bill making him aware of thisHe did speak to our billing department, who was more than willing to set up a payment plan with him, if he continued to make timely, monthly paymentsHe continued to come in for allergy shots, butwould not make payments stating he was waiting for something with his FSAThough he did pay some of the bill initially, he did not make regular payments, sufficient enough to pay off his balance in time for us to continue his therapyAs such, he was sent a letter stating that he had days to settle the bill or he would be sent to collectionsThe patient then sent in his full payment upon receipt of the notice.We appreciate the opportunity to respond and feel that this matter has been settled and resolved.Sincerely,Carrie D.Of?ce Manager
