There is so mething very wrong with this practice I made a new appointment as a new patient and they lost the appointment I showed up to their Altamonte Springs location, and they did not apologize but instead directed me to Winter Park where they said they could take meAfter driving minutes to the new office, I waited over minutes to see a physician assistant I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so made a follow up appointment This time, I called the morning of the appointment to confirm, but they have an answering service until at least 9: After calling about times, I got someone at 9: Guess what: no record of any appointment for me anywhere Thanks for wasting my time, guysI left a polite voicemail with their office manager but never heard back
