Terrible customer service and fraudulent charges. Dr. [redacted] was okay - did not speak much English and did not explain any further steps once I got my allergy testing done. I left the doctor's office and did NOT make another appointment (I live in Charlotte - this facility is 2+ hours away) and now two months later I am receiving phone calls from "[redacted]" who is the RUDEST woman I have ever encountered telling me I owe $975 for serum I NEVER authorized to be ordered. It has a "shelf life" of 3 months so it expires in 30 days and I have no way of obtaining said serum. She has hung up on me, yelled at me, belittled me and will not provide me with the paperwork she claims I signed to have this serum ordered. Side note: I would never order a serum I'm not planning on coming back to retrieve when I live over TWO hours away. I've asked her to send me the paperwork that I apparently signed off on stating all the details she claims the doctor explained (he didn't) and she has not sent them to me. Terrible customer service and terrible experience for someone who wants to stop breaking out in hives every time they go outside. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, I got hung up on. Desired SettlementI do not wish to be charged for allergen serum I did not order. I want them to stop calling me and telling me I owe them between $745 and $975 dollars and then they asked how I would like to pay. I was never told any paperwork that I signed meant I was indebted to the company for this "serum" because I have no way of going back to this facility to get it. I asked for the paperwork proving my signature is on this authorization and the company failed to send it to me. I am not paying for this serum.
