We issued a full refund of $82.36 to the customer on 12/13/2017. We didn't refund her initially because she couldn't provide a tracking number for return and we had no record of receiving the product. Since she filed a Revdex.com claim, we choose to believe that she really shipped the product back.

Ordered an item and paid extra for 2 day delivery, it is scheduled to arrive in 4 days. Called the company and they said they were delayed on getting orders out. They did refund the shipping (least they could do) and gave me the option of going to the warehouse and picking it up (not convenient at all). Very nice on the phone but poorly handled order on an item I needed very quickly (not sold in retail stores)
