Review: On May 29,2013 I ordered three packages of Sinus Buster Headache Buster for the sum of $43.94.After waiting almost three weeks I received an email saying the product was discontinued from the manufacturer,but they had a limited supply and would send it.Around June 12 I received the products.They were all opened and empty,the labels missing and the expiration dates torn off the packages.I emailed the company,over 12 emails,no reply until 7-22-13.The company promised to send replacements.No replacements,no reply to 5 more emails.Desired Settlement: I would prefer a replacement,the product is not available anymore.If they have unexpired product,I want what I paid for and would buy more.If not I will take a refund

Review: On 8/20/14 I ordered 7 items (10ml bottles of homeopathic drops) of the SanPharma brand from allergyliberation.com. Only one item received after about 2+ weeks. Subsequently 2 incorrect items received 9/17/14, another 4 items still outstanding as of now. Contacted via email and left message for only phone # I could find for them, explaining the erroneous items received and where are outstanding items? On 9/22/14 all they did was update my shipping info on their site that the SanPharma lab had moved and order delayed and "....remainder of your order will be sent from the lab and is in progress and a top priority." I replied asking again via email *which* items would be shipped - the outstanding ones and correct of the two incorrect ones I'd received? The response "The correct items. The Notatum we sent is the same as the drops. The Quentans can be taken orally as well. The lab will be sending this out shortly. Thanks for your patience. Emily". The Notatum drops they sent are large single use, and as I explained to her, I give these to my cats so what they sent me was not going to work - and I ordered 2 x 10ml bottle drops of Notatum and Quentans. The Quentans referred to as "can be taken orally" - they sent me 1 box of SUPPOSITORIES instead of 2 of the 10ml drops I ordered. I'd like to see someone stuff a giant suppository down a cat's throat. I very specifically ordered the 10ml drops for ease of application in my cats' food and this was explained in the first email communication with "Emily". Summary: I ordered 7 specific items all in the form of 10ml bottle of drops on 8/20/14 = $132.47 total. On 8/25/14 Allergy Liberation debited my card account for $132.47. I received one correct item 2+ weeks later. On 9/17 I received 2 items which I didn't order not can I use. 9/22 sent email complaint, assurance given via email items will be sent soon. Have subsequently sent 2 follow emails as I haven't received anything. No response.Desired Settlement: Allergy Liberation should make available more contat details than merely [redacted]@allergyliberation.com. If they are drop-shipping or do not have items in stock, these items should be indicated as such.The only prudent thing would be for Allergy Liberation to refund my entire $132.47, even though I received one correct out of seven items ordered. The amount of time, frustration and sick cat as a result of their lack of service and honesty is not worth my conceding to a partial refund.
