Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life, all you can talk to are phone reps, and they promise to have someone call you back. I've been out of my meds for over two weeks, been calling trying to get someone to help me for almost 3 weeks and all I can get is empty promises and lies that "someone" will call me back. I'm a small businessman myself, and if I ran my company this way and treated my customers with this level of indifference I would be absolutely ashamed of it, and more than likely be out of business very soon. The incompetence, lack of follow through, and inability to get an answer to any question is just astounding. I would NEVER NEVER EVER recommend this company to anybody, I would honestly rather keep suffering with allergies than go through the frustration of dealing with the incompetency, indifference, and lack of business morals this company seems to espouse. HORRIBLE!

When we received this email I contacted Mr. [redacted] immediately to resolve the situation. Had he not posted his compliant we would not have been aware of his frustration and difficulties as we had no record of any inquiries.

 

The day that he called our office in December we had just implemented a new phone system and we were experiencing some technical issues. After speaking to Mr. [redacted] we were able to research the situation and get it rectified to his satisfaction.  I believe he is a happy consumer but invite him to share his experience directly with you. I spoke with him again this morning and he stated he had contacted the Revdex.com in order to share his experience.
