This company is a gem of a company in an industry that has done nothing but wrong me and my family. I wish there was cheaper solutions but when you owe a timeshare company $25,900 at 17% interest and pay a maintenance fee of $1200 a year it' small price to pay and I am so thankful to have been referred to you by my friend. I had no luck selling my timeshare, as it just seems impossible to sell them. So finally I ripped the bandaid off and just got it over with. The one thing I liked so much about your company is the fact that my credit card debt I owed in relation to my timeshare also went away. I had not found a company that could do that. They assured me that it wouldn't effect my credit and I haven't made a payment on my credit card now for 4 months and I haven't so much as got a phone call. In fact the credit card doesn't even show on my credit report anymore. I am not sure how that did that, but I am so thankful. The downpayment was on the card and we were almost certain we were going to lose that. They answered the phone and always returned calls. We were probably a pain in the rear end to them calling so many times, but they never once showed frustrations or made us feel like an inconvenience. I highly recommend this company and if I could give them 10 stars I would. It took 9 months to cancel my mortgage but when didn't make the payments during the process and it also didn't effect our credit. We got a few phone calls asking why we stopped paying but that was it. We followed their process and did what they told us and I am happy to say it is all over and the resolution couldn't have been better. They told me upfront that I wouldn't get money back more than likely and that's what made me decide to go with them. All the others told me they could probably get my money back and I just didn't believe it. Keep doing what you are doing and keep fighting the good fight.

Really was pretty impressed by this company. I was nervous in the beginning. The man I talked to said , if you are nervous put it on a credit card. If I do not do what I tell you I can do, then just call your credit card company and they will give you your money back. I hadn’t heard of this, so I called to verify with capital 1 and they said yes that is the case. At that moment I decided to go with them due to who would tell me something like this and me verify it to be true if they would not complete what I say they can do? I had 2 timeshares for 25+ Years. Well I met with this company 5 months ago. And I can now say I’ve been timeshare free for going on 3 weeks. Just to make double sure I called the resort to make a reservation and they told me my account is closed and I could not. I thanked the lady with a delightful mood (she was confused) and said “that’s great”, have a good day. I was in a pickle with my Timeshares. I lost my best friend of 49 years last March to heart attack. We had just upgraded and put it on a credit card. I had planned to pay that credit card off, but due to medical reasons I could not. I chose Alleviate due to them telling me that they are now able to get rid of credit card debt, or at least make it not report to my credit report. I haven’t paid a dime on that credit card since I met with them and I have not seen one remark on my credit from not paying it. I do not even show that line of credit on my report anymore. I do not know how they did that, but I am ever so grateful. If I would of still had to pay that credit card debt, every payment reminding me of a time when my wife was here it would of been difficult. Thank you for a fine job, and for being strait forward. Sorry I was a pain in the neck for the first few weeks. But you did as you said and always called me back. Class Act and we will recommend you to anyone I meet. With recent laws the government is passing for the resort that are bad for timeshare owners, and them trying to get rid of exit companies, I hope you can dodge their ways for years to come and are still out there helping people years after I am gone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you have given me some of my life back. Times were getting hard with one income. The resort fees due don’t get cut in half when one of the owners goes home to the lord. I had a lot of great trips with those timeshares, but it was time. I hope you got my card in the mail. Company reached out to me and asked me to leave a review after implying they had just gotten their first complaint. Since I am a recent client who successfully was transferred out of ther timeshare by this company I agreed to come leave a review.

This is a special company where the owner unlike many companies is hands on, and doing so much of the work himself and is involved in the process every step of the way. If I called they either answered or called me back within 24 hours every time. I was a very hard client to deal with as I called serveral times during the process just to make sure they still answered the phone, as I was very nervous. And each time I heard from the owner himself. Two times he was at his sons wrestling matches and another time was on new years day. So someone that answers theirs clients calls even during times he should not, speaks volumes of what a wonderful company Alleviate Consulting is. God bless them and all they do for an industry that has been lost for decades. Thank you so much for all your help. And doing every single thing you said you would do. I had a unique situation and it required me to stop paying on my mortgage and my maintenance fee's and the owner said that I must trust him and that they would be able to remove all the derogatory marks against my credit. Terrified and reluctant I agreed. And 90 days on my trans union and 120ish days on equifax and the negative marks were gone. Not only were they gone. It did not show up as settled amount or a charge off. It was just gone. I wish they could of done that with the other things on my credit report lol. Just kidding. I am more than happy with having the loan amounts come off my credit report. My score is 8 points higher than it was before the negative mark by it not showing on my debt to income any longer

I met with Alleviate at a presentation on 7/25/18. They promised me and my wife that they'd get us out of our current timeshare in 90 days or less and that they'd do it for a total of $1700. From the paperwork and what I understand, that was supposed to include a maintenance fee + the service and that the fee would be dispersed over several different payments. They were supposed to give me a clear deed on my timeshare in 90 days. On the same day, 7/25/18, they charged our credit card ***. We contacted them when we saw this on our statement to resolve this with them directly. They asked that we give them 3 months to make things right. However, my wife passed away shortly after this and for a few months I was not in a place where I could follow our finances. I had notified the Social Security Administration about my wife, in whose name the credit card was in, and they notified all her accounts about her passing. They closed her credit card and I no longer have access to this credit card. Her name was ***. I've tried to follow up with Alleviate but now they're dodging me, they won't take or return my calls. I was contacted by *** (my time share company), they let me know I've got a $5000 maintenance bill coming up. I called *** because I couldn't get a hold of anyone at Alleviate and they directed me to the Revdex.com.

We are deeply saddened for this complaint to be filed. And we are sorry for the late response, as we have been away for the holidays. Upon receiving this complaint we reached out to the customer to discuss this complaint with them. I am the owner of Alleviate Consulting LLC, and I personally was the one that visited with the client, and I always try to be extremely clear with our clients. As we know it is so important considering the industry we are in. I always said, we do not have any complaints on the Revdex.com, and we will never get one. Unless, the customer just DOES NOT call me. If they Call me I will resolve any concerns they may have. And I've always held true to that. Upon getting in contact with the client I asked him what number he has tried to call because I have had the same phone number for 7 years. The client reads the number off the card that I gave him, and it was in fact my number that I was talking to him on at that very moment. We are unsure how the client was unable to get a hold of us. Client asked to hang up and call me back to show that the number doesn't work. I then answer the call and my number worked fine. This is just a very unfortunate circumstance. Because upon talking to the client. I explained that he agreed to pay any fees related to his timeshare for 180 days. I have uploaded two supporting documents with clients signatures to support this. Me and the client have spoken and we are on the same page again and this matter has been resolved.

As a business owner in an industry such as this one, I wish that this mark against us be removed. I see there is a 36 month rule. But this complaint I feel will in fact damage our business because of the alarming amount of complaints the industry has. And also because the consumers of this nation rely on the Revdex.com as a form of judge jury and executioner when determining if they should do business with a company. And I feel that any complaints that are mistakes on the clients behalf should not cause harm to a company who was not in the wrong. We will certainly lose business by potential clients reading the complaint and not reading the resolution. We try our absolute hardest to sprinkle some good in an industry that is shadowed with negative reviews and complaints by consumers falling victim to industry scams.

We greatly value our clients, and *** will also be another very satisfied customer. We had been waiting on the client to send in his right to use document, or he would already be out of this timeshare. In our agreement (Uploaded) it says that we wish to not be held responsible to delays in the process when a client has failed to send in a document needed to complete their transfer. I have spoken to the client and we have decided to take a different route now that his maintenance fee is due and he wishes not to pay it. So we will assist the client with his wishes, and still complete the process for the client while ensuring that his credit does not get effected by this manner.

We have helped *** timeshare owners safely exit their timeshares in the short 2 years we have been in business. Our goal was to remain the only company on this side of the industry with over 2 years in business and have 0 complaints on the Revdex.com. We will not view this as a derogatory mark against us, and rather client/human error that caused a bit of fear and frustration to occur again based on the negative views of the industry. This matter is resolved. Let me know if there is anything else we must do.

Further more , the Revdex.com says they sent us a letter regarding this matter and we have yet to receive it. WE are assuming since it was Christmas and new years that it must still be on it's way or there was a mistake in our address. Our Current Address is ***

After thinking we were totally without options these good folks met with us in Tulsa, OK and offered good advice, laid out a time-table, always responded when contacted, and what they told us would be their process, it happened. Rely on these guys, have faith in their method. They should be able to help you. Everyone's situation is unique but what was predicted happened and we are overjoyed with the results. Alleviate Consulting LLC was very helpful in taking care of our timeshare at Stormy Point Village with SummerWinds Resort. They were very prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with them.

I met with Alleviate Consulting in Oklahoma City , I was invited in to talk about different laws that were passed. I had heard of them when they passed and I went to an event about it before in my area a couple years ago , but didn’t think too much of it at the time. They explained them in better detail to me and my wife. I’m still a little bit worried about how the government could pass such laws but not much we can do about that. I was paying 500 dollars a month on my Timeshare. It use to be be 175$ but I upgraded last summer and it increased my payment to $500. I was financed for 120 months (10 years) at 16.9 %. Alleviate was able to switch me out of that loan and cut my interest almost in half. Their rates are not anything to write home about bunch much better than what my Timeshare company had me financed at. My payment is now $317 . I am retired and on a fixed income so the monthly savings is a huge help. They are professional , funny, and an very enjoyable group of people that were very knowledgeable in the Timeshare industry. Most companies in this industry make the hair on the back of my neck stand up, but I felt like I was going to be in good hands after being explained the refinance process. It’s now been a month and I got my first payment, I told you I would leave a review once I saw things were going to be as you said they would be. And they were, thanks again fellas. I would like to take a moment to thank Alleviate Consulting or timeshare liquidations solutions for their help. I promised I would write a review when the process was finished. I didn't like the resorts transfer fee but hey its not a perfect world. In a perfect world the resort would just allow us to give these nightmare things back for free. But they did the job they said they were going to do. And walked me through every step along the way over the 3 month period it took. Thanks again , your company is a gem and I love the RCI product I received its amazing just being able to pay for what I use and not having to pay if I don't go. Wish this would of been around before I bought my timeshare. My neighbors can't belive I have a timeshare that doesn't have a maintenance fee. I will send them your way. They don't have a timeshare now though so I don't know if they will qualify. Have a blessed 2017

I was skeptical about what ryan was talking about. But I got home and did my research and sure enough, there were 2 housebills passed that are horrible for timeshare owners. It's like your stuck with them even if you get someone to take it you can get it back. I couldn't belive it so I had my lawyer look at the laws. And he couldn't belive it either. What is going on in the timeshare world. After talking to my attorney and him saying he couldn't help me with it because it takes someone who specializes in this type of thing I took a chance. An expensive chance, but it would of cost me 10x more to keep them. I called them and we were able to do the process through the mail since they were already gone from the city I live in. I had 5 timeshares. When my husband was alive we got a lot of great use out of some of them. A couple didn't work and could never get reservations. But it was time to part with them. Ryan transferred me out of two of them within 2 months and the other 3 took an additional 2 months because I still owed on the mortgage on them. But what can I say. Finally someone who does what they say they are going to do. Alleviate Consulting and TLS DID WHAT THEY SAID , they answered their phones or called me back each time I had a concern and they are doing some fine work in an industry that is tainted with a horrible reputation. Thanks again.
