I do not accept this response as resolution from the business because the equipment did not puncture the ottomanMishandling of the ottoman by the technician is the only way to explain the tear that is presentThe ottoman was moved, flipped over, and positioned to stand on the corner that has the tearThe ottoman was left sitting against my glass television console Also, *** previously agreed to replace the itemHe refused to reimburse the funds due to accounting purposes and having to explain that on their taxes, but did agree to replace the ottomanIf you were unjustly accused, then why did you/the company agree to replace the ottoman and then not deliver on your word? Please refer to the attached text messages as validation of the telephone conversations that we shared and discussed.
