sour because we cannot pay her her share at this time. She was informed of our financial difficulties months ago and she was asked to "bear with us" as we try to sort things out. She has refused to do so--that is her privilege. But to file a "consumer complaint," for an unpaid business bill, seems, to say the least, incorrect. Furthermore, this complaint is laced with personal attacks, insults and smears, which I did not think was allowed by the Revdex.com for obvious legal reasons. Our group is trying to solve a hard and desperate financial problem. We are sorry if [redacted] can't understand that! There WILL be a resolution to this matter and [redacted] will be notified of that resolution BY OUR ATTORNEY.

I have been patient on getting my payment and only ask that an effort be made to start payments monthly on what is owed me, I don't expect the full amount paid at once. I'm not sure if there is really an attorney handling the case as no correspondence has been sent to any of us that are owed. Vendors continue to move out so the shop income is drastically cut and I'm afraid we will never get paid, as there are rumors of Alley kats filing bankruptcy. Would it be possible for the Revdex.com to keep an eye on things to see if any effort is made for payment? Or any paperwork sent to us from the alley kats attorney? There are at least 7 of us that are owed and I feel that the Revdex.com is the only resolution to help represent us. Thank you for your consideration.
