[redacted]We are deeply disappointed that you left us a negative review with the Revdex.com because we always strive to conduct our business professionally and with integrity.  We would have hoped to have had an opportunity to resolve this matter with you directly and amicably, prior to your reaching out to a third party about your concerns.  That said, based on your statements to date, it appears that your main concern is with how we obtained your contact information.  As you are likely aware, your business name and telephone number are advertised publicly on the internet.  For instance, your business All About Pets and its phone number are advertised on the following websites, among others: [redacted].  Although you may not be pleased to receive business-to-business marketing calls, you cannot reasonably have an expectation of privacy in regards to your business contact information.  As to your other statements, the claims you have made about Allfi are simply outrageous, have no basis in fact, and do not merit a response other than to say that AllFi is an established and vibrant firm that is known in the industry.  Your harassment of our agents via telephone is highly inappropriate and concerning.  Finally, as per your request and as stated in our previous response, we will not contact you in the future.  We hope that you find this acceptable.  To the extent that you have any further questions or concerns, we hope that you contact us directly in a professional manner. Respectfully,Allfi Management
