This company sent me an account past due notice two years after using their services. Prior and after to cancelling my services after the one year contract, I requested information on what else am I liable for And what do I do with the box that came with their IPTV tv service. They informed that the box was included with the package I signed up for and it was paid for. There was no talk about returning the box.
Two years after using their services, I receive an overdue notice. I've kept the same phone number until recently but no calls had come through regarding any overdue balance.
This overdue invoice was issued during the time of my contract and have requested and paid my final billing. This invoice was not raised during that close out account conversation.

Void this invoice as I've already paid all the balance outstanding and no return of equipment was discussed during and after the cancellation of services.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. We would like to share the following updates:
1. Our Customer Service (CS) team tried to contact the customer yesterday several times on different hours. Our CS agent left a message on all call outs.
2. We also emailed the customer about the credit and updated invoice statement as another reference for the customer.
3. The customer's account has outstanding zero balance.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
