I spoke with the customer about her concerns and I told her I would research the issue as I was not aware that they were filed incorrectlyAfter researching the issue I will fix the Deed and refile it at my cost. I apologize for the work being done incorrectly

I am rejecting this response because: It has been almost months since I informed them of their errorNothing has been done during that time to fix the problem and their response to correct their error has fallen on deaf earsNo one from the company has returned any of my phone calls or emailsI am past a deadline to close my fathers estate and their lack of response or consideration is not acceptableI would like a full refund
