Response:The customers complaint was addressed on 4/and a refund check was sent to her on that date

I am rejecting this response because: please reread my complaint. The serviceman did not correctly diagnose the problem, which caused wasted time and money. The refrigeratorcompressor is functioning.  The thermostat is the faulty part.if the owner of the company had simply answered my request to speak to him none of this would have transpired I just believe that the owner doesn't care about his customers and I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you

The customer was contacted on 9/2 to let her know the part was in. It is now fixed. When she said the tech was on the phone talking to someone that is to make sure he was ordering the proper part. It is standard for the techs to do so the unit is properly repaired

The right part was ordered the first time. unfortunately once it was installed a second part was discovered that was needed. The part is being sent directly from [redacted] and we will be back to finish the job as soon as the part comes in.

Review: The company cancelled appointment for repair on 8/7/and failed to immediately reschedule me prior to customers whom I was previously scheduled prior toThey also failed to show up for an appointment in July of which I waited home all day for, which I was told the appointment was never put into their systemThey also failed to make the proper repairs on my refrigerator as the original issue still persists along with new issueswhen I voiced my opinion to their secretary I was basically told "If you dont like it go somewhere else" and was given the names of other appliance repair companies in the areaWhen I asked to speak to her boss, I was hung up onI am disappointed with their level of professionalism and quality of work.Desired Settlement: Simply do what your supposed to do when you are supposed to do it, and dont be rude and condescending when a customer is angry with youExceptions should have been made and I should have been rescheduled with priority over people whom I had an appointment before, in the first placeThursday comes before Friday therefore I had an appointment before the people on Friday and it should have been rescheduled before them, not after them, since it was Alliances fault the appointment was cancelled

Review: We originally contacted Alliance Appliance in the very beginning of March to come out and service our Maytag dryer. The first of three techs came out and misdiagnosed the issue and we had to wait another week for a second repair tech to come out to address the issue. My wife and I are not naive and unforgiving and we are the first to understand that mistakes happen so we were ok with the fact that a second tech had to come out. However, the second tech also misdiagnosed the issue and promised us that first thing the following Monday we we have the specific part put in since they probably "have it back at the office." We of course had to wait until that following wednesday to schedule a third appointment and we had to call Alliance Appliance every time to schedule. Otherwise, we'd most likely still be waiting to hear back. So that third friday, a third tech came out for the third consecutive friday in March and the parts that the second tech ordered were incorrect. The third tech seemed to finally have an understanding as to what the issue was so he ordered a bunch of parts which we were told would be in this past Monday or Tuesday. Being that today is Wednesday and I still have not heard from Alliance Appliance, I reached out to them and they explained that the part would not be in until Friday and I set up an appointment for next Wednesday, April 8th which is almost 6 weeks from when we originally called. I have never dealt with this level of incompetence before. The mechanics have absolutely no idea what the hell is going on with this very basic dryer and every time they continue to make mistakes, its another week we have to wait. Also, the customer service is absolutely horrendous and does not know how to return a phone call. Meanwhile, my wife and I have had to take three days off of work and have spent close to $150 at the laundromat. What makes this the most frustrating is that the dryer is only a couple weeks old and is still under warranty.Desired Settlement: We would not only like our dryer properly fixed and serviced but would like to be reimbursed for the money we have spent on dry cleaning for the past month and a half due to the incompetence of Alliance Appliance. Also, we would like a formal letter written to Alliance Appliance so that whomever is in charge is able to gain a clear understanding as to how incompetent both the service and customer service is at Alliance Appliance. I truly feel for anyone whom has recently purchased a Whirlpool appliance and has to rely on this disgrace of a company.

Review: I was referred to this company by [redacted] to fix my oven. They came out and first charged me 469.11 for the labor and the part they had to order (Control Board). They show up and the board is black and my oven is bisque. They never told me that the bisque was now discontinued. So the part goes in and then all of a sudden, the control panel is not no good so he has to order me one. I am beyond upset now because I have an mismatched oven that still does not work. I give them another 396.97 for this panel that now needs to get ordered. 1 plus week goes by and I call to find out where the part is. They do not know. I call back and sit on hold forever until someone finally tells me it is on back order until April 30th. I was furious and said that it would have been nice to get a phone call explaining this. They asked if I want to cancel the order of the part and they will send me a check back. One month later and still no check. I have called every day, sent emails, my fiance calls and we have heard the checks go out on Friday, The supervisors are in meeting, [redacted] the owner is sick - you name it. The company is a joke and I will make sure they will not be authorized by [redacted] to rip people off. From the beginning if I knew the bisque piece was discontinued, I would have not gone through with it and just bought a new oven. I want my $ and I want it now. Please help. I have been dealing with a [redacted] mainly but there is an [redacted] there and [redacted] the unprofessional owner who does not respond to any calls or emails!Desired Settlement: Refund that was told I would get for a part that was on Backorder.

Regards,

I recently had two appointments scheduled with this company. One was on a Sat. from 8 to 5, no show, no call. Made another appointment with them thru Whirlpool for a Thurs. 12 to 5, no show no call. Spoke to Whirlpool, said Alliance refused to make the service call because of a confrontation from a prior visit in June of this year. The incident in June was because their servicemen left my house without fixing my dryer and without even telling anyone they were leaving. Just up and left. So of course I am going to call them on the next business day and complain. So my voice was extra loud, to bad, that's not how you treat your customers. And then you refuse to come back months later for another appliance because I yelled at the girl on the phone. I'm sure I'm not the first one to call and complain and got a little loud. They said I should have taken it out with the tech not the girl answering the phone. What tech, never saw him, had no idea what his name was, how was I supposed to contact him. Why did they make the appt. with Whirlpool if they had no intention of showing up. I see they have other complaints about them, their reviews all show some type of dissatisfaction with their service. They are rude and their customer service is unbelievable. Never have I encountered a company like this one

I have and extended warranty through a company that Whirlpool uses. When I call for repairs they issue Alliance appliance to come out. The company Alliance appliance never sends someone out in a day or two you have to wait weeks usually on tuesdays, wednesdays or thursday as these are the days that Alliance Appliance are in the area. The tech shows up only to look at the washer not even touch it as they don't know how to turn it on. They have told me that they will order the part and it never shows up, that they will send out two people which never happens. I call the office to find out what is going on and the person who answers the phone puts me on hold for 10 mins. I ask to speak to the manager he is not available.. I have been without a washer for now over a month and I paid for and extended warranty that nothing gets rectified. This company is horrible and should be put out of business.. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

My Dishwasher was done right before Thanksgiving!!!!!! I called them and they where out in a hour to try and repair it. The tech was great polite and neat. He hard the part and made my holiday. I don't know what I would do without him. A+++

Review: Called Whirlpool appliance about dishwasher malfunctioning. Waited a week for service evaluation. [redacted] was service technician. Technician was late, rude, and unprofessional. Refused to answer questions when asked about status of appliance. Diagnosed as "Drain pump would not come on". Drain pump was ordered that day told it would be available in 1 week or less. Received no phone call in a week and called company. Said they did not know when part would be in had no tracking number. Per web site I could order part and have it delivered in 2 days with a $9.00 shipping charge. Recalled service center and operator was rude said part would be in 8/27/14 or sooner, stated my appointment was Tuesday and would call to give window. Then operator hung up when I was asking additional questions. Since tech has evaluated dishwasher it has completely shut down further damaging appliance.Desired Settlement: At this point I have had my dishwasher a total of 3 months of the 3 months I have has use of it for 2 months. Causing me a huge inconvenience. Beside the fact that a brand new appliance should not stop working after 2 months of use. I feel like this a faulty piece of equipment and I believe Kitchen Aid does not fully stand behind their product. At this put I am so disgusted with all parties involved that I would like a full refund and the product removed from my property.

Unit is repaired and working properly

I am rejecting this response because:

A new company was brought in A&E appliance not only repaired the pump but then ended up replacing the control module that the tech from Alliance Appliance blew because he didn't know what he was doing. He never ran a diagnostic exam rather just probed and caused more damage. Influencing for an even longer period of time. So yes even though the dishwasher was fixed it was not from this incompetent and very rude company.

Review: We used this company, and authorize Maytag service repair fir to replacea a control panel for our 3 year dishwasher. Alliance Appliance determined that a new control panel had to be ordered and we prepaid $230.00 to them to order the part. After waiting more than a month for the part to arrive, it finally did and Maytag authorized Alliance Appliance to treat the repair as a covered item therefore we were due a refund if the $230.00. I was at home when the repairman called Maytag and confirmed the repair & part was covered and qualified for a refund. After numerous calls from early November about the refund (the last call was on 12/14/15) we keep being told "the refund request is on the manager's desk and we should have a check in a couple if days". The last call I made on 12/14 l told them that if we did not get the refund "in a few days" as promised I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com but was assured that wouldn't be necessary because I would get the refund but herd we are more than two weeks since that communication and no refund. We have literally made at least 5 calls to them since early November for this refund but each time they make a promise and then NOTHING! Please help! Thank youDesired Settlement: Refund of $230.00

Review: Alliance Appliance services my extended warranty for my [redacted] Duet Washer. I had a technician come to my home to diagnose and fix a problem I was having with my washer. The technician said it would take 3-5 days to get the part and fix the machine. On the sixth day we still had not heard from the company, so my wife called for an update on the situation. The receptionist stated that they were waiting for a authorization from [redacted] to order the part and she would call her back later in the day. Alliance Appliance never called back, so my wife called again on the seventh day and asked for an update. The receptionist stated that they were still waiting for the authorization from [redacted]. At 11:00 am I called [redacted]'s warranty service to check why it had taken seven days for them to authorize the purchase of the parts. [redacted] stated, Alliance Appliance had just called for the authorization thirty minutes prior (7 days after the diagnosed my machine) and the purchase of the parts were authorized. At this point I attempted to cancel my extended warranty to purchase an new machine; however, I was told I could cancel but would not be refunded the 350$ for the warranty because Alliance Appliance had just ordered the parts. Furthermore, if I did cancel I would be charged the balance remaining for the parts even though the parts were going to take another seven to ten days to arrive in the store and no work had been preformed on my machine.

After speaking with [redacted] I again called Alliance Appliance to get an update. The said that [redacted] just authorized the purchase of the parts, but they were sent from California and would take at least seven days to arrive in store. I then explained that I had spoken with [redacted] and was told that Alliance Appliance never called to get the authorization. After speaking with managers, they admitted their negligence and said they would call me back after speaking with the owner. 2 days later, no call back!Desired Settlement: I would like a loaner machine so I can wash cloths or they should pay to have the parts sent overnight. After initially being told 3-5 days to fix my machine, I will be without my washer for and estimated 20 or more days before I can wash cloths.

Review: I had a repairman out for the same problem three times. He told me it was s user error and charged me $112.30. I had a second company come out and in 2 minutes they discovered my re circulator pump had never been plugged in. Machine is now working properly.Desired Settlement: I simply want my money back. If their repairman would have looked at my machine instead of guessing that I was doing something wrong this could have been resolved on his first visit

I had a washer problem. I called [redacted] and the sent me to Alliance Appliance for repair. They are one of the best company's I have ever worked with. They where on time very nice and fixed my washer the first time. I would recommend them to anyone with a appliance problem
