Dear [redacted] , Thank you for contacting SupportIt is with great concern and regret that we have received your letter outlining the escalation made by “** [redacted] ”We are sorry for the misunderstanding that you have experienced and we appreciate our customers with a positive experience as well as the negative experience to let us know what things aren’t right and why they are not satisfied with the servicesPeler Tech LLC is a 3rd Party Independent technology support providers for all PC & servers related issues which cater the [redacted] as well as the residential customersMostly the [redacted] has their security in place but when it comes to the residential customers, the software conflicts in their systems, hardware crashes, Operating System Issues, and other ISP related issues are the issues that bother them and we help them in order to make sure that the issue is finally resolved and that’s the reason, we also give a verification call in order to make sure that the issue is resolved permanently and if there is any other unreported issue, we can take care of that and leave the customer on a satisfied noteThe Technicians who are working at Peler Tech are certified Technicians and they are very well aware about how to resolve the issues with the malwares and Trojans in the computerAs per [redacted] , we pretended to be [redacted] , but it was duly informed to him on a recorded line that we will be providing support and the charges that he is paying is for the support [redacted] has himself stated that the issue was resolvedWe provided sufficient information to [redacted] so that he can get in touch with usWe are open Mon – Fri AM – PM ESTWe never call the customersWe encourage our customers to call us that so that they can get in touch with the technician directlyAs [redacted] , has stated that he is a Senior CitizenWe provide special discounts to our Senior CitizensKeeping his financial condition in mind, we will surely go ahead and will be refunding the amount of $back to [redacted] I hope you find these actions satisfactory and up to your expectationsThis is the least that we can do to address the unintentional inconveniences that we causedPlease do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention

they are not fully satisfied by the service*** ***, we are a third party technical support service providing company and we never claim or inform the customer that we are associated with any other reputed companyAs per the complaint that you have submitted, it clearly states that you called in at Peler Tech and you requested support to get the issues resolved on your computers & your wireless devices, ***, router etcFrom our side, no contact was made to youOver the phone it was duly informed to you that Peler Tech is a third party company and is not related with any company, and the qualified technicians are certified by Peler Tech who can assist you in fixing all the issues on your network and your computerYou agreed to go ahead with the subscription and you gave your verbal authorization to the technician so that he can work on your computerIn today’s world, we do understand that security is a major concern for each one of usYou don’t have to worry about your personal details as the software’s and the strict guidelines of the company does not allow any technician to go ahead and capture any personal information about the customerWhen the technician is working on the computerThe major priority of the technician is also to save the data on the customer’s computer so that it cannot be damaged or cannot be deletedAs you have stated that the income tax report was found to be on your desktop, it might be a possibility, that while deleting the temporary files and unwanted programs on the system, the technician have saved the report and saved it on your desktopAbout your son, if he is stating that the computer is messed up, then in that case we cannot say anything because it might be possibility that your son is tech savvy and is interested in computers but when it comes to a qualified technician, the technician has to make changes in the system in order to increase the performance of the systemNot every individual can be a qualified computer administratorChanging the Network ID, the password etcon a router can be done very easily, but implementing a port forwarding, setting up secure dns and setting up a firewall with application rights is something that can be done by a qualified technicianJust to let you know that Peler Tech has got no relation with the companies that you have mentioned aboveNot each and every thing on the Internet is correctAs per your request, we have voided your invoice because as per the policy of the company, if the customer is not satisfied due to any means, there will be no charges applicable for him/herWe hope that you will find this response satisfactory and if in case you have any issues; you can always contact us at our official email address [email protected] In customer’s we trust

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The acceptable resolution is "As per your request, we have voided your invoice because as per the policy of the company, if the customer is not satisfied due to any means, there will be no charges applicable for him/her."They did, as I stated, imply they were from *** and there are multiple assertions, including from another Revdex.com site, that they have done business under the other names I cited However, this is getting into a "he said/she said" debate and is not worth pursuing for me personallly.

[redacted], as per the company records, we came to know that Peler Tech received your call wherein you were facing an issue with your computer and you wanted to get...

the issue resolved at the earliest. This is for your information that Peler Tech is a third party technical support company and we do provide technical support on a subscription basis. In your case, you informed us that you have an issue with the computer and you want to get the issue resolved. We after providing you an immediate discount did agree to work on your computer at a mere cost of $100.00After the problem was resolved you were satisfied because we take the payments once the issue is resolved and you agreed to our customer service as well that your computer is running fine and there are no further issues. You also stated that you will be sending the payment to us through money order. This clearly states that you were satisfied with the support.We at many times, come accross customers who get the troubleshooting done from our helpdesk and later onwards do not pay for the services rendered.In your case as well, the similar thing happened. We did not receive any payment from your side and hence we did cancel the one time subscription and cancelled your account.As far as your complaint goes, as you stated that you do not want any call or any kind of communication from our side. This is to assure you that you will not be contacted by our customer service and accounts dept.We hope this leaves you in a satisfied note.Once again Thank you for trying Peler Tech and you have a great day ahead.

I have been notified by Peler Tech LLC that they will refund my money I paid them for services not provided if I close this claim. After reviewing your complaint and we figured out that your call...

was transferred to Peler Tech and you agreed for the subscription with Peler Tech in your complete state of mind.We also did not charge you in the beginning and we resolved the issue first in order to make sure that you are satisfied with the support.On the very next day when you had a talk with the customer service regarding the feedback of the work that was done on your computer. You insisted that you would like to cancel the services as you do not wish to go ahead with the service.After the discussion the service of your was marked as cancelled and hence you have till date not being charged a single penny for the work that was done on your computer.Peler Tech gives a 30 day no questions asked money refundable policy wherein if you are not satisfied with the services you can always opt in to withdraw from the services. So, as per the details and this is to confirm you that the services has been cancelled and you owe Peler Tech nothing. For confirmation you can always dial in the customer support number and speak with the customer service and they will be updating you the same.Thanks & Regards,Customer Service Department.Peler Tech
