Hello, Mr [redacted] is correct that he did reply to [redacted] at 11:PM on Friday, 10/14/but unfortunately that email went to spam We are sorry for the confusion this has caused and have since received another email from Mr [redacted] from over the weekend We should be receiving all of the emails from Mr [redacted] now We are in no way trying to harass Mr [redacted] but after not seeing his reply that went to Spam, we wanted to make sure he received the email and understood our offer to remedy the situation Our duty is to help the client as quickly and efficiently as possible once we know that there is an issue and that is what we were tying to do We reached out to the client's dad not to speak to him about the account, but to make sure that Matt was receiving the emails that we sent him Again, we are not trying to harass one of our clients but simply making sure he knows that we did offer to fix the issue in one of two ways Alliance is not responsible for repairing or replacing Mr [redacted] 's roof We have admitted that we could have done a better job in this situation and offered him two separate solutions to resolve the issue Mr [redacted] has stated that he is going to work on getting the roof fixed and get back to us so we will wait to see which of the options we have presented that Mr [redacted] wants to move forward with and go from there Please let me know if anyone has questions Thank you

Hello, We have reached out to the client regarding this issue We tried to call the client on Friday (10/14/16) but he hung up and said that he only wishes to speak to us via email We emailed him on Friday with two options to resolve this complaint: (1) Flat Cancel policy and get full refund or (2) continue with the policy, update the effective date to the day they closed, repair the roof, and we will provide a free wind mitigation inspection to the client which could save them over $on their annual premium We have not received a reply as of this morning and the client's dad did call us on Friday, leaving us a voicemail stating that the son will not be taking calls from us, but will only be willing to speak to us via email Regarding the effective date, the client never gave a set effective date and we do have an email showing where we sent the client the Dec Page and advised them that if the closing date changed to just let us know and we could get it changed We do not show any record of the client responding to this email We are hoping the client will respond to us quickly so that we can get this issue resolved If you have any questions about this please do not hesitate to contact me directly Thank you.Best Regards, [redacted] ***###-###-#### [redacted]
