Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below There was no resolution, I don't think you can charge someone for a "missed appointment" when the error is completely at fault of your "courtesy texts"I received a text message from you people telling me to come Thursday, we came on Thursday its NOT our fault that we didn't receive the correct messages? Your courtesy is a jokeI did settle the account because YOU SENT A YEAR OLD TO COLLECTIONS OVER A BILL THAT WE NEVER RECEIVED AND WAS ONLY months old, and told her she had hours to settle itClearly you people just must be hemorrhaging money because our dollar "missed appointment fee, that turned in to a dollar fee, when you sent it to collections and then turned in to dollarsYou people are a sham, a fraud, and you should be ashamed of yourselvesClaiming to help people, what a joke Regards, [redacted]

I am in receipt of the complain filed against Alliance Associates on 3/6/I want to start out by saying we never want our patients to walk away from our facility with an unsatisfactory opinion and I truly regret that is what this patient feels she experienced with us. I've researched this
account and found a few things I would like to addressFirst, our office does have a no show/late cancellation policy that we strictly enforceOffice policy states there will be a $fee for no show/ late cancel appointmentsIt is a flat rate fee and does not increase if left unpaidLate cancellation being anything under hoursEach patient who comes to our office signs an agreement acknowledging this policy and the fee associated with itPer our records, the patients' guardian signed this policy on 12/6/This patient no showed an appointment on 1/3/18.Second, this patient was scheduled for two different providers on two different days; The first appointment was scheduled for 1/3/and the second was scheduled 1/4/We send courtesy reminders to our patients for all scheduled appointmentsPer our records, the reminder for her 1/3/appointment was sent via phone call and message left on 12/28/at 12:31pm and the reminder for the 1/4/appointment was sent via text message on 1/3/at 11:48amI apologize that they may have missed the message left for the scheduled appointment on 1/3/however, a message was left. Lastly, we send monthly statements to all patients with balancesI do have record where we have mailed statements to the patientThough, after seeing the complaint filed, I realize we may not have an updated address for her which would explain why they had not received a statementUnfortunately, if we do not receive payment or a phone call to work out payment in a timely matter we have no choice but to send to collections. This account has since been settled with the patients guardian on 3/12/18. . Alliance AssociatesVissing Park Rd. Jeffersonville, IN

There was no resolution, I don't think you can charge someone for a "missed appointment" when the error is completely at fault of your "courtesy texts". I received a text message from you people telling me to come Thursday, we came on Thursday its NOT our fault that we didn't receive the correct messages? Your courtesy is a joke. I did settle the account because YOU SENT A 17 YEAR OLD TO COLLECTIONS OVER A BILL THAT WE NEVER RECEIVED AND WAS ONLY 2 months old, and told her she had 72 hours to settle it. Clearly you people just must be hemorrhaging money because our 50 dollar "missed appointment fee, that turned in to a 60 dollar fee, when you sent it to collections and then turned in to 140 dollars. You people are a sham, a fraud, and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Claiming to help people, what a joke.
