Alliance Auto & Truck Repair Reviews (2)

You can trust these guys! We broke down while traveling through in our motorhome, and are from Washington. We called AAA, and while awaiting a tow we called every shop recommended by AAA. They were all too busy to take us. We searched other truck shops with good reviews, and called Allied. [redacted] the owner said they were busy too, but because of our situation we would work us in and start repairs immediately. Although we arrived at his shop after they closed, [redacted] stayed and waited for us. Because it was too late in the evening to get a rental car or make accommodations, [redacted] hooked our rig up to his electricity and water and encouraged us to spend the night in front of his shop, which we gratefully accepted. He then gave us the keys to his truck and suggested we go to town for a meal! We were so thankful we found this man's business! The next day we got our rental car and a motel. [redacted] crew worked on our truck first thing that morning, and for the next two days. The electric problem finally discovered was difficult to diagnose because the manufacturer of our coach had used ignition parts 5 years old, which should have not been in a 2002 vehicle. After repairing the problem he only charged us for the actual hours spent repairing the rig, and NOT for the hours spent trying to determine the puzzling symptoms. He ate all of the overage hours, which were four times those he charged us. Mind blown! Shops this fair, honest, and accommodating are a rarity in this day and age. I couldn't have asked for a better experience- Thanks Alliance Auto and Truck Repair!
