Our [redacted] office spoke with this customer on January 18th, 2017 and advised that if Superior was to return our tank that the only fee that would apply is the $** restocking fee. This is written into the contract that the customer signed...

when the account was set up, that upon removal there would be applicable fees. We will credit back this $** charge once it is posted to the customers account. When the customer called to report the run out we did let them know that we could deliver propane on Monday January 16th, 2017 and come out to install a second propane tank on Wednesday January 18th. At that time they had already decided to switch to a competitor.

Not worth the hassle, but they did not know when they would be up to install the second tank also they showed up on Wed Jan 18 2016 with propane not the 16th as they said and running out of propane twice in three months was the last straw, as I said they broke the contract for auto fill when they never showed in sept or November.. I am the only customer that was here in [redacted] and it showed in their lack of customerservice.

A refund was issued to the customer on June 28, 2017. Our customer service department called the customer this afternoon and left a voicemail message with her contact information to follow up and confirm the cheque was received.

This letter also advised that going forward the tank rental rate would be $120 plus taxes. I am attaching a copy of the tank rental signed by Mr. [redacted] as well as a copy of the letter that we sent in him July 2014.

I have called Mr. [redacted] at [redacted] to notify him of what I found in his file and on his account. I will be mailing a copy of his signed tank rental and the letter that we sent July 2014.
