I am rejecting this response because:You did not have a right to file a lien in the first place. We had tried to resolve the issue with you for months prior. Your own employee admitted that it was not the same stone as the first load. You would not remove those charges or even listen to your own employees words IT IS NOT THE SAME. We want the lien expunged as if it never occurred and the amount we were FORCED to pay refunded. We only paid it to get the lien off. At that point we had no choice but to pay. That does not mean we are finished trying to resolve this issue.Regards,

Mr. [redacted] and Cobra Stone agreed to the final balance that was paid in order for the proper lien documents to be submitted. No one was forced against their will to agree or sign anything. Although Cobra Stone is entitled to all collection and legal fees incurred it was agreed that those fees in addition to credit on material and interest fees which totaled close to $1500 be waived. That amount was credited by Cobra Stone to your account and lien documents were signed once those funds cleared. These are legal documents that stated Cobra Stone has been paid for all material. We are not going to reopen this matter as everything was agreed prior to legal documents being recorded. There are no credits due and nothing further to compensate. The account is closed and this matter is completely resolved.

After it rained yesterday May 12, it is apparent that the solution they came up with didn't work. Water still runs off of the roof and on to the side of the chimney leaving a black residue.
