I had accrued several thousands of dollars of medical bills as a result of a personal injury. I had obtained a lawyer when I realized the severity of my injury. A medical line of credit was established with Alliance Business Services for my account balance....upon setting up the initial payment arrangement Alliance Business service would not work with me as to the payment that would work for my budget. Instead I was told the minimum they would accept as a payment. The payments were a struggle for me right from the beginning, when I missed two payments, my account was turned over to Alliance Collection Agency. I contacted my attorney to let him know what they had done to me. He asked that I send him the bills for the balance of the statement they had sent me. When I called Alliance Collection Agency to get an itemized statement for the bill I received... The person on the phone was very rude and short with me and said she could not provide me with that information. She was very unfriendly and it was very evident she could care less and did not want to help.. I called Ministry Medical Group where all of these charges were accrued and their billing office said she should have been able to provide me with that information. Alliance Collection Agency is horrible!!!!!!!!!!.....Dealing with them has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I think it's pretty sad that people who are sick and trying to recover from illness, have to deal with people like this, who are cold hearted and non-empathetic. All I can say is, what goes around comes around. Hopefully, someday these people who are making life harder for the rest of us, will get what they deserve.

Review: I am working with a Debt Solution Provider and there is a payment plan offer for all my medical bills. There is also ongoing payments for all my medical bills. Alliance Collection Agency reuins your credit rating with credit reporting practices that are questionable. Regular payments on a 60 day balance is reported as serriously past due.Desired Settlement: Removal of all negative comments by Aliance Collection Agency from my credit reports and never report them while being paid.

This letter responds to the complaint ID #[redacted] which was sent to us via email on

July 8, 2013. In their complaint, the consumer makes reference to working with a debt solution

provider to resolve their current bills. The consumer does not make reference to which bills

specifically they are referring to, so we would be unable to address his concerns with respect

to any individual account.

What we can advise is that the reporting of information to the credit bureaus for any

consumer is an activity that is highly regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other

regulations including the Metro 2 Reporting requirements that are required by the three credit

reporting agencies. Alliance Collection Agencies, Inc. reports all activities on accounts

accurately as required by law. The consumer makes reference to accounts labeled as past due

when payments are being made. There may very well be payments being made, but that does

not change the status of the account as being past due.
