Be warned, if you want to lose thousands of pounds, do not use this company
I have been an internet customer for over a year I started with the lowest speed and several months later went to the highest I later found I had been charged for several months for both speeds Currently I am paying for Mbps but I seldom get anything over Mbps I have repeatedly asked for assistance and am told over and over that there is a problem in my area Last month I sent a very nicely worded email (I have a copy) to the company Not only did I receive no response but the next day my service was not working and when I went to the local office they said it had been completely shut off but they could not figure out why I was dumbfounded As were the very nice employees at the local office Obviously I am looking for a replacement I do wonder how they can offer such fast internet speed in this area (not that I really get it) when no other companies can, even AT&T
They handle the emergency maintenance hotline for my apartment complexOn the night my toilet overflowed and flooded my bathroom and leaked onto my downstairs carpet, I had to call times for them to answerWell about I'd say, it took them so long to actually come I spent $getting the toilet on a property that's not even mine unclogged, now they're dicking the apartment complex around and act like they don't wanna issue a refundApparently water leaking through the ceiling with feces and fectal matter on it isn't an emergency,

I have been an internet customer for over a year. I started with the lowest speed and several months later went to the highest. I later found I had been charged for several months for both speeds. Currently I am paying for 12 Mbps but I seldom get anything over 6 Mbps. I have repeatedly asked for assistance and am told over and over that there is a problem in my area.
Last month I sent a very nicely worded email (I have a copy) to the company. Not only did I receive no response but the next day my service was not working and when I went to the local office they said it had been completely shut off but they could not figure out why. I was dumbfounded. As were the very nice employees at the local office.
Obviously I am looking for a replacement. I do wonder how they can offer such fast internet speed in this area (not that I really get it) when no other companies can, even AT&T.
Worst customer service ever and they over charge their customer and then blame the customers for their bad behavior smh
