I recently retained Alliance to do demolition, mold remediation, and reconstruction on the kitchen and bathroom in an apartment in Century Village, Deerfield Beachm which I was attempting to sell, following a major leak in the water heater. The situation was complicated by the fact that everything had to be handled long distance, as I live in Maryland.

In every respect, Alliance was just terrific, particularly [redacted] who oversaw the job from start to finish and [redacted] who, I believe, was in charge of the the onsite work crew. Despite major issues that arose along the way - none of which were the fault of Alliance - the project was handled professionally from start to finish. I was especially appreciative of [redacted]'s responsiveness and his commitment to keeping me informed throughout the process. And their pricing was very reasonable to boot.

Bottom line is that I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
