We did sign a contact with [redacted] and [redacted] on March 1, 2015. Received permits on April 6, 2015, began work on April 22, 2015. To address the completion date that they claim that I said, "I told them that I had 4 jobs in front of her job and that I would work her in as she has told me...

that she could not get anybody to do this job because it was too big. They kept bugging me about a completion date on Tuesday July 7, 2015 at 5:49 p.m., I sent [redacted] a text to his phone on that date stating that "in 43 years being in business I have never given anyone a completion date." He seemed to be OK with that. To address this skeletal framing state. The electrical was just finished a couple of weeks ago (her responsibility because of extras) and there has not been a week gone by that some one has not been there working on the project. (I have a day planner and contractors to verify that if need by). Plus too she has added extra lighting in the block wall that was not part of the contact, extra lighting and speakers int he lower soffit and stairs that was just finished up approximately 1 week ago. As far as addressing her summer fun you will notice in the Sept. 12, 2015 picture, her pool and patio and summer fun spot is separate from our work area, we did not hinder her summer fun at all. Now as far as these letters from the HOA, I have not received, have not heard a complaint from them. Now for the sprinkler system. My contractor made the repairs. [redacted] called me and asked if she wanted her sprinkler guy to repair them and I said "No", that I would have my guy take car of them and he did. (If you want verification from my contractor or day planner I can supply that.)And to address the monies received, my contact stated before I do anything, concrete, framing, etc. I am paid in full before I start excluding extras. (I had a bad feeling about her and her husband.)Enclosed you will find dated pictures of the project as the job progressed, and will continue to work to fit this job in to its completion. In conclusion: through out this whole job there has been tensiion because of them wanting me to give them a completion date. PS - All work has stopped on their project because of a dispute over work performed that was not on the contract.
