Up to this point, we at Alliance have felt that we have done everything that we can to rectify the situation and make up for your displeasure for the work done on your roofOn occasion, jobs have to be moved around due to circumstances such as weather because not only do we not want our crew to open your roof in the middle of a storm, that inevitably causes damage, but also for their safetyUnfortunately in your case we have a full schedule in the summer, so in the case of rescheduling you, we do have to fit you into a time space that another homeowner is not already occupying, which may be a couple weeks outIn regards to inspection of our jobs, we always have a superintendent on site to inspect the work that is being done on your roof as well as required inspections from Sandy City's building inspectorsBecause we at Alliance Contractors guarantee our work, in your case we took full responsibility in fixing the damage incurred from your roof leak, which is why we hired 9/Restoration, at no cost to you, to come out and fix the damage in the bedroomsWe were not made aware of the broken window and frame until 9/Restoration discovered and informed us of itAs for the wood trim, it was not included in the contract or you invoice, so on our end, it was not something that was discussed or charged for to be done

open your roof in the middle of a storm, that inevitably causes damage, but also for their safety. Unfortunately in your case we have a full schedule in the summer, so in the case of rescheduling you, we do have to fit you into a time space that another homeowner is not already occupying, which may be a couple weeks out. In regards to inspection of our jobs, we always have a superintendent on site to inspect the work that is being done on your roof as well as required inspections from Sandy City's building inspectors. Because we at Alliance Contractors guarantee our work, in your case we took full responsibility in fixing the damage incurred from your roof leak, which is why we hired 9/11 Restoration, at no cost to you, to come out and fix the damage in the bedrooms. We were not made aware of the broken window and frame until 9/11 Restoration discovered and informed us of it. As for the wood trim, it was not included in the contract or you invoice, so on our end, it was not something that was discussed or charged for to be done.
