I WENT TO THE W.FLORISSANT BRANCH ON THURSDAY 07/02/2020 TO WITHDRAW 800 DOLLARS FROM MY ACCOUNT THE TELLER THEIR SHORT ME 100 DOLLARS.I DID NOT CATCH IT AT THAT TIME BUT WHEN I GOT HOME AND COUNTED MY MONEY I WAS 100 DOLLARS SHORT.I TALK TO THE BANK TELLER AND GOT NO WHERE
We went back to the cameras and reviewed them. The transaction was made July 2, 2020 at 12:27pm. The money was laid out and counted by the teller. We have this on film. The member was given (4) $100 bills, (4) $50 bills and (10) $20 bills. This totaled $800. On the recording, he picked up the same money and walked out of the branch. We tried to contact him with no response. He is welcome to come in and review the film. The transaction was processed accurately.
