Great Service! Plant experienced a partial power disruption which came from an undetermined source Called AllianceThey were unable to come personally but contacted another service company they work with from time to timeTheir proxy came within minutes and determined the problem resided with the electric power provided Oncor also responded promptly and resolved our issue quickly Plant was down only about hour total We are very pleased with Alliance Electric! They kept us runningUnlike some other electric companies we have dealt with in the pastAlliance does what's best for the customer
Great Service!
Plant experienced a partial power disruption which came from an undetermined source.
Called Alliance. They were unable to come personally but contacted another service company they work with from time to time. Their proxy came within 30 minutes and determined the problem resided with the electric power provided.
Oncor also responded promptly and resolved our issue quickly.
Plant was down only about 1 hour total.
We are very pleased with Alliance Electric! They kept us running. Unlike some other electric companies we have dealt with in the past. Alliance does what's best for the customer.
