This company is billing customers incorrectly for co-pays, will admit they overcharged you by $150+ and instead of trying to correct THEIR mistake says they are doing you a favor and will just send a bigger bill to your insurance to go towards your yearly deductible. There is no explanation for the charge, nor did they check either of my 2 insurances before charging me. Sounds like Insurance fraud to me. Do not get me started on the actual services rendered or not rendered in this case.

Thank you for visiting our office on 02/28/2020. You had a secondary insurance that picked up your office visit payment, the information for which was not provided to us at the time of the visit. So, we charged you the amount that was due at the time of service. We had processed the claim subsequently with your insurance and got the payment from them(typically claims take between 6-8 weeks) and at that point we had refunded the amount of $174.17 to your credit card on 04/06/2020. we called you to let you know about this and we sent you an email regarding this on 04/06/20.
I'm attaching both the receipt and the email sent to you on 04/06/20.

My opinion is that this company is running a fraudulent company. I intend to report this company to the Medical Board for medical and insurance fraud.
