I have been in the hospital for a few weeks I was diagnosed with copdI have can not remember things that happened in the last weeksI am just now getting back to work if this customer can please call me I will do everything in my power to please himI,m not even sure who this is but my goal is

I am rejecting this response because: we are still waiting on repairs to be made. Someone did come look at the roof but repairs have not been made not a time scheduled when it will be done.

I had someone from my company and from another company go over to their home to inspect the roof.  We painted the spot on the ceiling of the living room last year and he stated that it matched perfectly and that he was happy with the result.  I hadn't heard back from the customer until this year.  He won't answer phone calls.  He will only correspond via text messaging.  At this point, I feel that this is not a safe situation to go over there any further.  I would be willing to hire another company to install the 4 foot piece fascia.

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] has not indicated what he plans to do to ensure the repairs are made or when. He simply left a vmail asking me to call him so he can explain his issues. I am asking him to inform us of actions he plans to take to repair the roof, ceiling, and siding that is currently missing leaving exposed peeling paint which it had covered. This is also an issue with our HOA because peeling paint is a fineable cosmetic issue.

Dear Customer, I will send someone out this week to review the problem.  We will then send someone out right away to fix the siding and paint the ceiling.  We do take pride in our work and want to make you happy.  As long as we are able to make the time work for you, we will plan to fix this situation within a two week time frame.  We value our customers and will do everything we can to fix your situation.  We have an appointment this coming Friday to look at what needs to be done. Please call me to discuss the situation after Friday's visit.  I will also put a call into you.  Thank you, [redacted], OwnerAlliance Exteriors, LLC [redacted]
