Had a new roof put on very good job, very professional from the sales person to the installers .

Very happy with the work that Alliance Exteriors did on our roof. The staff was very professional and worked all day to get our roof on in one day. They cleaned up well and were no inconvenience to our day. I would highly recommend them.

Alliance contacted us and we had them come to our home for an estimate. When I opened the door, their employee immediately insisted he'd rather wait to speak to my husband instead of me. Little did he know that I'd lived at our house for two decades at that point and my husband had been there for two months. We chose not to hire Alliance Exteriors at that point.
Since then, during the summer season, we've been getting incessant cold calls from this business. We've repeatedly asked to be removed from their sales list. One time when they called, my husband asked that they not call us again. Two hours later, the exact same guy called us and then hung up on us. We got another call the following week. I don't know how to get them to stop calling us. At this point we will never hire them.

We were very pleased with our metal roof. They had it completed in two days. We would recommend this company for your roofing needs!

Overall, happy with the end product. House looks awesome with the new steel and the company was easy to work with. They even moved us up on the list for gutters when we had expected rain in the forecast, knowing weve had water in our basement before. We were happy about that. Two small issues though, the gutter people had to tap power from our electricity (youd think they would have there own generator) AND I picked up a dozen or so screws and nails from my yard after they had supposedly run the magnet around the property. But overall, I am happy with the end result and would recommend them to friends and family.

From the first home consultation to the work being completed took about 6 weeks. They explained how things would be installed, they answered all of our questions. All the work crews were friendly and pleasant. My finished roof is very nice.
They were truly professionall.

Quality and punctuality was good. Completed job in one day for roof and one day for gutters.

The installation crew showed up on time. They were polite and efficient getting the work done in just one day. After they had completed the work they cleaned up the work site and the next day another gentleman can to haul away the excess work materials. He even ran a magnet over the yard to pick up any residual pieces of steel that may have been over looked. I’m the first in our neighborhood to have a steel roof but I feel confident there will be more opportunities for Alliance in the area. I know there are a lot of companies out there that do this kind of work but the materials and methods Alliance uses are first rate.

Had an old farm house and needed a new roof. Went with a steel roof from Alliance Exteriors. removed old roof and had new roof done in two days. Crew was very professional and left the job site very clean when they were done. Gutter crew repaired fascia. The new roof looks great. I am very happy with the work that was done.

I was going to have them put steel on my roof I signed papers and also signed paper that gave me three days to change mind. I contacted them the next day told them I couldnt do deal. I stooped payment on check. they got back with me via text and said they wont and wont not order anything. I checked my bank account on 10/29/2019 and they cashed check and over drawed my account. I texted both salesman and called office this morning. told them call me at work cause. waiting for call back. it was all the money I had I feel like they screwed me out of this money. goingt to call bank soon as they open today

They contacted us and gave an estimate for a roof totaling $15300.00. We agreed and gave them a deposit of $7650.00. We have not heard or seen them since. I want all our money back as they have done nothing, no calls, letters, material or work.

They had lots of options for colors when it came to metals roofs. They had quick information which meant no waiting around. Our roof was on within just a few short weeks! They had it completely torn off and put on in one day. Very satisfied with their work!

Alliance Exteriors installed a metal roof on our single-wide manufactured home on 3/15/2019. Our new roof is absolutely beautiful! The crew arrived on time, was very respectful, organized, completed the installation in only a few hours & cleaned up the debris when they were done.

If you want a professional outcome, use Alliance Exteriors. I had a metal roof and French doors installed. They were quick and very clean! Seriously, after knocking out a wall for the doors... they dusted, swept, and mopped the kitchen for me! Friendly staff and they even allowed a group photo with their happy customer :)

Had a new roof put on by this company. They did an excellent job, got it done in one day. replaced some rotted boards, installed gutters and cleaned up the yard. Very happy with their work, professionalism and the communication is excellent.

Roof turned out great. They forgot to put a cap on my furnace pipes when first done. Came out second time to fix the leak. Thought they did, rained again and leaked. That's when they realized they didn't put a cap on the pipe. Water ran down my brand new furnace and into my basement destroying some of my wifes mother's belongings, that passed away 10 years ago .
Besides that, roof looks good
