Contractor will not repair his mistakes[redacted], of Alliamne Fence installed a fence around my pool in October 2015.He guaranteed the product for 20 years. The fence has had two separation points which were not done correctly. After several weeks and many phone calls where [redacted] promised to fix the fence, he did repair one site in March 2016.He promised to fix the second site the following week. I've made repeated calls and an email with no response and my fence is not up to code by Southaven.Desired SettlementI would like for [redacted] to repair the fence.Business Response We have fixed the fence issue do to ground shifting around new pool where there is a hill thus putting stress on the fence post. The warranty customer is talking about is a manufacturer warranty on the steel. Nevertheless we have told the customer the ground had not been packed properly and that the fence post is being stressed. The fence has been fixed twice and the thirty days warranty on the craftmanship of the fence has been fulfilled. I have urged the customer to get a landscaping company out and she agreed it was on her list to do in future.
