process claimAt that time the repair would have been minimal The warranty clearly states that the vehicle must be presented to the issuing dealer with in daysThe vehicle was not brought to mckeesport for years after it showed the signs of rustThat is why the claim has been denied.*** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The video they provided me is of so low quality you cannot tell it's my truck they are working on let alone whether or not they are damaging my vehicle. Most of the video is blocked by other vehicles and you can't even see the area they damaged. The video certainly is not proof that they didn't damage my vehicle. I am willing to provide photos of the careless work they did along with the video they provided me as proof.

Mr. [redacted] is requesting relief from charges for a service we did on Sept 26, 2015. At the time of service he never questioned the quality of the Diamond Gloss paint protection we provided. The customer says we put a dent in his truck. I provided tip customer with a cd from our surveillance cameras...

showing his vehicle in the parking lot and the entire time it was being serviced which shows we did nothing to dent it. He picked up this cd 1 week after his appointment and still did not discuss dissatisfaction with the quality of the Diamond Gloss.I did offer, as good customer service, to pay for a dent remover at an average of $ 50.00 to $ 60.00 dollars to make him happy. He brought me an estimate of $500.00 which is outrageous. I explained to him that I was not willing to pay that for something I simply did not do.The customer is requesting money back for a service that has been on his truck since September 26, 2015. I do not  feel you should get refunded for a service that was provided to you that is noti returnable.The only thing that will make the customer happy is if I pay 500.00 to fix a dent we did not do. I have contacted him and that is what he wants. I offered to reprocess the areas of the diamond gloss that he is not satisfied with and he does not want me to.Autumn D[redacted]
