Worst insurance experience of my life. My son was carjacked nearly three months ago. Alliance has drug this claim on for way too long. It took two weeks for them to recover it from the tow yard, six weeks to do an "investigation," an additional week to get a new key made, an additional week to get it to the body shop, an additional four days from receipt of the vehicle at the body shop to provide an estimate, which I had to actually provide. They have had my vehicle for ten weeks, which is actually longer than I owned the vehicle before it was taken in the carjacking. They are claiming preexisting damage to the vehicle, which was existing before the carjacking. They never inspected the undercarriage of the vehicle, which sustained significant undercarriage damage. They don't respond to phone calls or emails in a timely manner, if they respond at all. The only thing they do consistently is collect premiums from victims of the fraudulant insurance company. They shouldn't even be in business.
