In January 2016, we hired Alliance Landscapes to remove an existing retaining wall and install new retaining walls and a patioAlliance Landscapes completed the project on-time and within the budget that they estimated for the jobThe owners of the company provided exemplary customer service, treating us with respect, and communicating with us throughout the projectThe project included complex drainage solutions, excavation of a thousand cubic feet of dirt, engineering two new retaining walls that are structurally sound, aesthetically pleasing, and that keep our home and yard safe from flash floodsThe scope of the project changed as obstacles were encountered and Alliance Landscape communicated about changes and offered solutions that would meet NC CodeAlliance Landscape educated us along the way, provided pictures and documentation of the process We look forward to hiring them for future (smaller) projects that need our attention
