I'm overall happy with the services they provided. It wasn't difficult trying to get a hold of them so their customer service was up to par. They were also very thorough in having me understand their terms and conditions. I know I could've saved money and chosen to do this on my own but I'm relieved I went through them instead, because I really had no clue about any of these forgiveness programs. I would hear it whenever I'd call my loan servicer, FedLoan but some of the representatives had such nasty attitudes and they weren't very helpful either. I'd give them 4 stars simply because the length of the process is pretty long, but it was worth the wait. I went from paying $322 to $28.72.

Due to COVID-19 situation, tried calling on numerous occasions to the only number listed in emails or website and keep getting a message that the "called party is temporarily unavailable". I've read some comments that the company is a scam, but wanted to give them a chance to refund my money. I've also tried emailing with no answer.

I was pushed into a contract to reduce my student loans and pay $248.74 for 4 months and then pay $16 for 240 months. However after research I found out that this company cannot legally clear all of my student loan debt and that it is a scam. I signed a contract without this knowledge and they have my personal information such as my address, date of birth, and social security number. I know the intent is to use it for fraud and I am fearful that they will try to contact my bank and steal my money.
