I [redacted] is the founder and owner of  Alliance Man Power, we are a Landscaping, [redacted] company.

This company has been active since 2002, then I decided to change the name in  Alliance Man Power name in 2011.  I have not had one...

 negative accusations.  We have had  a contract with Mr. [redacted] since May 3rd 2013, it has been a pleasure working with Mr. [redacted]. He has sent our company many clients through neighbors.  One day I get a call from [redacted], very angry asking me why I'm still working for her father?  I didn't even know who this women was.  She insisted that I stop services for her father.  I then went to talk to Mr. [redacted] (father) and ask him what he wanted us to do. He said to keep taking care of his property.

He said everything was good with him.  I then let [redacted] (daughter) that our contract was with her father and I would have to see a Power of Attorney in order to deny her father the services he requested and signed for.

[redacted] told me again and again she had POA yet could not show it to me.  I have to fulfill the contract as follows that has  Mr. [redacted]s' signature on it.  Alliance Manpower has requested for this compliant to be removed from the Revdex.com. [redacted] was yelling at my administrative assistant on the phone, yelling she has POA and my assistant asked her to send a copy and [redacted] kept saying "well I just can't get it right now. [redacted] is not our client Mr. [redacted] is, My admisnistrative assistant just got POA of her mother a month ago so she told [redacted] she understood and again asked her to send it.  At no aveal again she said again she couldn't find it right  then.  Alliance Man Power has not over charged Mr. [redacted].  The remarks that are being made are slanderous, I would like to have them removed immediatly   I have called my attorney in order to get all of this in motion.  Slander is against the law.

In regards to [redacted] information that was provided and slander remarks, I am unfortunately needing to respond to her lies and accusations.  As stated in our original response our responsibility and relationship is with Mr. [redacted]. All of our contracts that date back to May 13,2013 were signed and agreed by Mr. [redacted]. 

I had no understanding of [redacted] position (that she claimed to have) since I have been doing work for Mr. [redacted] since May of 2013 with him never mentioning her before.  At one point Mr. [redacted] had asked me to hold off in May of 2014 and call him June 1st to see how things are going. 

Our discussion was to come July 1, 2014 and review the property.  As to our finding the irrigation timer was broken needed replaced and bushes needed trimming.  Mr. [redacted] in writing with a contract agreed to fix the timer and have services put in place that day and the current month, plus two months. I have a contract that I can provide to show his decision. We performed work that day- trimmed bushes, tree’s, completed the new timer box, and repaired the rest of the irrigation system. I have pictures to show many workers and their testimony to prove this work was completed. Plus I was personally on the property on this day and the next day.  Our crew came back out on July 2,2014 and completed our agreed work.  

I had received a phone call from a [redacted] a few days later upset and I called her back to discuss her concerns. At this time the accusations and lies begin. I then proceeded to have our public relations director [redacted] call to assist the situation.  I was given a call by [redacted] afterwards to find out that many of the details that [redacted] stated were not accurate.  Then on July 9th,2014 I get a faxed cut and pasted together fax from [redacted]. I have asked [redacted] to write a letter to explain her discussion with [redacted]. Our goal is to keep peace with all our clients that is why I asked [redacted] to call her.  

On July 24th, 2014 Security informed us that Mr. [redacted] was not [redacted] and that we had been taken off the list.  On July 29th, 2014 we returned to the property and completed the months landscaping details that Mr. [redacted] had agreed to.  I had a discussion with Mr. [redacted] at that time concerning the actions of [redacted].  I shared with him the accusations of [redacted] and also informed him of the slander remarks that she had posted online. At this time he shared with me that he was unaware of her actions and that she should stop. 

I informed him that I would be willing to dissolve our contract and refund the balance of the up coming 2 months ($400.00) but in return I wanted him to talk to [redacted] and have the Revdex.com complaint and the other slanderous and lies taken off the internet.  I informed him that if her actions did not cease that I would be forced to use the money to get legal council. At that time he agreed to having a conversation with her. 

I had no contact with anyone until this second paperwork came in from the Revdex.com.  

Again, our goal is to keep peace with all our clients. Mr. [redacted] has been a delight to work for and has referred us to other existing current clients. His personal testimony has gained my company work in the surrounding area. If Mr. [redacted] was unhappy in any way why would he share such good things about us. I am more than willing to work out this sensitive situation and as stated if [redacted] will resolve and remove the statements online, I believe we can come to a resolution of this matter. 

[redacted] is  Mr. [redacted] daughter and lives in Chicago, IL.  I have never met her or seen her at the current property in Scottsdale, Az. 

I have documentation, witness’s, other client’s, co-worker’s testimonies, and pictures to back up our actions and services. Please advise what else I can do to see this resolved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have some concerns with Mr. [redacted]'s response.  I had a phone conversation with Mr. [redacted] on 4/7/14 asking him to finish out the current contract and not renew it when it ran out.  He agreed, did not argue, nor did he ask for a POA at that time.  On 7/1/14 Mr. [redacted] returned to my father's [redacted] and coerced him into signing another 3 month contract.  My father has dementia and serious memory loss.  He did not remember that he did not want to hire this company again so he signed another contract.  I contacted Mr. [redacted] and reminded him that he had been asked not to return and fired him again at that time.  I told him that I was POA and he did not ask for a copy.  Because of his dementia my father cannot remember things and would not recommend this company to anyone.  The phone conversation with his assistant, [redacted], did not happen as suggested.  Ms. [redacted] became angry when I told her that I had fired Mr. [redacted] and insisted, quite loudly, that he was a fine person.  Thinking I had disconnected her call she said, "stupid jerk" before she hung up.  She asked for a copy of my POA and I faxed it to her and Mr. [redacted] that evening, 7/9/14.  Even though Mr. [redacted] had received a copy of my POA and a letter firing him, asking him not to return, he still tried to return to my father's property.  The security gate turned him away on 7/25/14 at 11:14am.  I also find it interesting that Mr. [redacted] did not mention the $600 he owes my father.  He has not done any work for him since 7/1/14 and has not fulfilled his end of the contract.  We are still waiting for the check.

Review: Senior abuse. My father has a serious dementia disability and this company is taking advantage of his memory issues by showing up at his [redacted] and smooth talking him into signing a new contract and writing another check even though the owner was asked not to return 6 months ago. It would not be a problem, but [redacted] (the owner) promised 2 landscaping visits per month, and showed up less than half of the contracted service time. After the 3 month contract ends, [redacted] shows up to have my father sign another contract and write another check and my father doesn't remember that he fired this company 6 months ago until reminded by me. I have also spoken with [redacted] and fired him. [redacted] also performs "non-contracted" work that requires extra money. This non-contracted work is often overpriced and unnecessary. It's just another way to get my father to write another check. Most recently, on July 1st, [redacted] talked my father into signing another 3 month contract for $600 and replacing a timer box for $450. Even the most expensive model is $179 at [redacted], most are under $100. I will be filing an Order Of Protection and an Injunction of Harassment against this man and his company.Desired Settlement: My father wishes to have a refund of the $600 contract of which no work has yet to be completed. It would also be nice to get some extra money returned for the overpriced timer box, but he won't make that an issue unless pushed. He also wants [redacted] and his company to stay off of his property and not to contact him again.
