I authorized them to do a website for me at the cost of $3,500.
It was a total nightmare working with them, they are quick to grab your money , but not so quick to get your site done , took them almost a year, when it should of been a couple months.
I will say it took a while(at one point it had to be totally re-done)
but, eventually it did turn out good.
At first glance Knoxville Internet appears to be a good company. Kevin Schick is a nice fellow. He responded to our initial inquiry for web design and he promised us a good price. However, all that disappears when the work started.
After almost two years and three web site developers we got our two websites. There were countless mis-communications between us and KI, countless attempts by them to resolve problems and technical snags that never were fixed. I have waited some months to post these comments because I wanted to calm down before trashing a business. However, the exasperation has not gone away.
KI told us if we did not use them for hosting then they would not support our sites nor would they guarantee their work. We walked away, used another company for hosting and we have never regretted it.
We have had to bring in somebody with technical expertise to fix the design flaws they created. Please do not trust your company to these people. And best of luck to you in your search for a web design company. These guys are awful.
