I want to send some of my documents along with some house items and furniture pieces to my parents' house before my move to another city. I booked these movers for both of my needs. They did a marvelous job both time. My personal documents were delivered with care to my parents with all my belongings. I am happy I booked them highly recommended

This moving company took our money as a deposit for services and then nobody showed up. The day of the scheduled move we were not contacted by them, they just didn't show up. After hours of trying we were told that the driver had more work at previous job, but that they were on their way. This process was repeated several times over the next 24 hours each time with a different excuse. Because they took the deposit nearly a month in advance they will not refund it because they only allow 48hrs for you to change your mind. HOW is anyone supposed to know that the movers will never show up a month in advance? It is a crooked racket and we were badly taken advantage of which really sucks when you are elderly and disabled and this company feels totally justified to not give us a refund even thought they NEVER showed up at all!!! beyond angry

We are aware of the situation, spoke with you about the refund process. However, prior to us being able to refund you, you disputed the charges which would make you ineligible for a refund. We cannot refund the money if it is already pending with Visa and Master Card.
Alliance Moving and Storage has a family environment they are like a family business; it treats you like a family!! They packed my house in two days. Then they helped us take some stuff to storage, all for a reasonable flat rate. I would use them a million times over. The three movers were so nice and seemed like they had fun! I can't highly recommend them.

They were rude, didn't tell the truth about price and they change items on document.
We have gone over all call recordings, and upon our investigation it was found every employee handled themselves with professionalism. Furthermore, at the time of the Quality Assurance call, you had additional items which resulted in additional charges. We do this, so there are no surprises at pick-up. No one changed any items on your documents, furthermore, all documents are gone over by you, with your signature applied to ensure everything is correct.
Fast talking. Prices all over the board. They wanted more than $3100 down payment just to get on their schedule. Then $2750 to load and another $2750 to unload. Reviews show they subcontract out their work...an Alliance truck doesn't pick up and/or deliver. We decided not to use them - got a s
y email as to how we ruined the salesperson's life. I should have read their reviews before spending any time on the phone with them. Google says "reputable moving companies don't ask for payment until they deliver". And after 12 interstate moves I was really surprised at the enormous down payment requirement.

Moving is a fixed cost and depending upon the size and distance of the move, is what determines the price. We would rather give you an honest price, then low-ball you and have surprises later like most unrepeatable companies. It is an industry standard for a deposit to be taken to reserve the truck, for the crew, gas, materials, and labor. Furthermore, the DOT requires half of payment upon pick-up, and half upon delivery. This is an industry standard. Upon investigation of the e-mail, there is no record of any of our representatives, sending such an e-mail. We wish you the best on your endeavors !

Unfortunately we have no record of you in our system as a customer. There are multiple Alliances, and we would be more than willing to direct you to the right channels.
The best team made this experience pleasant. They were professional, respectful and treated my furniture with care. They asked me for feedback and moved and later place my furniture exactly the way I wanted it to be placed. I will recommend them and especially these four individuals over and over again.

Customer Service Rep *** in Quality Assurance was surprisingly unprofessional on the phone. My quote ballooned quite a bit upon inventory check, a few days before the move, and he was unable to calmly explain to me the reasons for that. He quickly became frustrated, telling me that the 'good deal' I got was only allowing his company to make $170 profit on the move.
I was not reassured at all of the quality of the work that the Alliance movers will do, knowing good customer service is based on what profit margin you bring.

From the very beginning, John and Mike made sure the planning process went smoothly, and then Ken was incredibly communicative before, during, and after the move. Crew worked amazingly carefully and quickly - they made it look easy! Moving is expensive no matter what but at least this time around I got my money's worth.
We know how stressed you were about your dead lines for this move. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal, and we are elated we could surpass your expectations.
They were very professional, clean, on time and arranged everything just as needed. Pricing was fair too and no surprise extra charges. Would absolutely work with them for any future moves, and will happily recommend them to anyone moving. Thank you, guys, Keep working hard!
