At this time, I have been contacted directly by Alliance Parking Garage regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Good afternoon,The business has reached out to me in regards to the initial complaint, they have paid for repairs to my carThe first part of the complaint is resolvedThe second part where I am asking for a refund of $2,is not settled yet, the [redacted] ( [redacted] ) explained to me that he would have to speak to Alliance corporate to inquire as to whether or not I would be refunded the moneyHe explained to me that they may not refund the full $2,but he may be able to refund the remaining months on my contractThis would add up to $1,dollars, to which I agreedI am still waiting for [redacted] to contact me regarding the refund.Thank you, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Alliance Parking Garage regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved
because:A *** *** from the garage contacted me yesterday to set up a date so a body shop could take a look at my car and try to repair itUpon further discussion, the *** *** (***) revealed to me that another incident had occurred sometime between Sunday evening (12/**) and Monday morning (12/**)At this point *** *** proceeded to say that he would take care of the damages if I would get the Revdex.com off of his backI responded to him stating that I will not say the issue is resolved until after my car has been repaired and the money that I am claiming for a refund is refundedAt this point he stated that he will take the car to the body shop and it will take about 2-days to repairI explained to him that I need my car (or a rental car) on daily basis to commute to and from workHe contacted his body shop and they do not have any rental cars availableAt this time I suggested that I take the car back to the dealership where I purchased it because I feel more comfortable having them work on and also they will give me a rental carHe stated he would be okay with this as long as the dealership came back with a reasonable estimate.As of right now the new damages to the vehicle are far worse than any of the previous incidentsI explained to *** *** that it it going to require major work and possibly replacing parts which will be expensive. This complaint still is not resolved because the owner/management company still has not responded to my concerns, if anything it has gotten worse because of the new damages

He explained to me that they may not refund the full $2,000 but he may be able to refund the remaining months on my contract. Review: I park my car in an Alliance parking lot located at [redacted]. Approximately 2 months ago, I dropped off my car in the evening and explained to the employee that I needed it the following morning at 8am. The following morning I went to pick up my car and noticed scratches on the passenger side of the front bumper. I immediately pointed them out the employee on duty and he stated he would let the lot [redacted] know. When I returned that evening, I spoke to the lot [redacted] and he said he would contact management to have it fixed. It had been over two months and I had yet to receive any updates on the status of my claim. I asked the person in charge of the garage every day and they continued to tell me they were waiting for a response from management. A new company has since taken over management for the garage and has put a disclaimer up in the garage saying that it is not liable for damages to any vehicle parked in the garage. This morning I spoke to the [redacted] of the garage and he said the new management company is now refusing to fix my bumper because the claim is too old and they have a new policy.This morning (11/**/14) I picked up my car, after being away on business for 3 days and noticed another scratch. I filed a complaint with the garage and also called the police to file a claim. They stated that this is a consumer issue and they cannot make a formal complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like for the garage to pay for the damages (from 2 total incidents) and also to refund me the remaining money left on my account so I can switch garages.
