This company employees convicted criminals with multiple current arrests to care for your loved ones. Arrests include, theft, forgery, drugs, and assault. If a caregiver shows up, expect an unreliable, lazy, defensive, and untrustworthy worker. They will arrive late, leave early, leave the client alone for lengthy "lunch breaks", refuse to do certain items you ask of them, and are more interested in their phone and watching the clients TV rather than providing care that is needed. When they don't show up, and you mention this to the agency, chances are a replacement will not be sent. So you will be without care for several days. If you bring these issues to the attention of the staff that hires these people all they provide is an apology or an excuse. You deserve better.
