When nest of yellow jackets (I thought they were hornets) became aggressive toward me as I entered or exited my back door, I had to take steps to make my entrance safe, again. I called Alliance Pest Professionals and spoke with Gary Creed, who was knowledgeable and courteous; he told me he could take care of the nest that same day. When Gary arrived, I showed him the nest, and he went to work. In a short time, he had removed the nest, sprayed with an organic (pet friendly!) compound, and he guaranteed that the yellow jackets would not return, telling me that IF they returned to that nesting site within a year, he would come out and take care of the problem at NO additional charge. What a relief it is to come and go through my back door knowing that the angry yellow jackets won't attack me, as they did before I called Alliance Pest Professionals. I will call Alliance again, if I have any pest issues!
