[redacted] and his wife [redacted] are some of the nicest, most sincere people you'd ever want to meet. I dealt with both of them to repair plumbing problems at my house. [redacted] and his team quickly assessed the problem with a basement drain that was improperly installed by the original builder, and a leaky high pressure line that was about to fail due to corrosion in the shutoff valve. They determined the parts and labor necessary to complete the repairs, and brought everything with them on the next visit to complete the job. Their work was fast, efficient, and solved the problems. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. Given the amount of work involved, I was pleasantly surprised at how little the job cost. I am currently unemployed and working with a tight budget, and honestly believe that [redacted] took that into consideration when he quoted a price for the job. I am a happy customer, and plan to call [redacted] for all my plumbing needs in the future.

This place is HORRIBLE. It took them about 2 months to fix a shower leak. I was told for severak excuses.. they need to order a part, the wrong part came in so they need to order the right part... you could order form China and it wouldn't take 2 months... I doubt something like a leak would be that intricate for a "plumber."

I know there are great plumbers and great plumbing companies out there.. unfortunately I got stuck with a bad seed. PS, telling a client to "not hold their breath" while wanting to schedule an appt to get a leak fixed is pretty lame.
