I am in the military stationed in Fort Carson and I have to admit that this company is very professionalI have rented for a while with them and worked with Maggie and MissyBoth are awesome people and responded to me with no hesitation whenever I had an issueThey will go over and beyond to assist their tenantsRepairs are done quickly toostars for alliance!

Security deposit fraud: of the items their repair service fixed after we left, they charged us for of them (one of which we were actually responsible for)Their own expenses included replacing a toilet for which parts no longer are made, hail damage to nearly every screen in the house, hvac repairs, etc, for which they were kind enough to charge themselves $forThey let our expenses cover theirsA few light bulbs were out, how much do a few light bulbs, with no ladder needed, cost ? We cannot be responsible for changing the batteries in all COand smoke detectors when they were working fine (no chirping) when we leftWe didn't put a single nail or thumbtack hole in the house, but were still charged for spackeling and painting
Alliance didn't bother to itemize these expensesThey made up a round number and took the money from our depositWhen questioned on it, they declared their judgement, "fair, reasonable, and final," and refuse to address our questions

I have dealt with irresponsible property management companies before, so I know the pain in dealing with suchHowever, this company has my "A+" approvalAs a business owner, I appreciate their transparent mannerisms and responsiveness to issuesWELL DONE MAGGIE!!

Stay far away from this property management company!!!! Security deposit fraud!!! Terrie and her team will play good cop/bad cop to suck very penny out of you AND more!!! Worst property management I have ever been under; me and my family are left feeling abused, used and completely uncared for after dealing with Terrie and her right hand "man" MissyWe are being charged for a complete renovation of the home!!! We moved into a home that was not renovated when we moved in and are being charged for YEARS OF DAMAGE/WEAR AND TEARWe submitted a damage report upon moving in and it's apparently "missing"Terrie and her team are taking advantage of this and heartlessly charging us for damages occurred over the life of the homeThey didn't consider any of our pleas to reconsider the chargesTerrie has openly admitted that the previous owners "moved out and we moved in" yet we are being charged for years of wear and tear/damage

Absolutely love Alliance Property Management! Their wonderful team has made our rental experience absolutely perfect and hassle freeIt's extremely difficult to find such an amazing property management company in this town,but Maggie *** and the stellar folks at Alliance helped us get into the property we wanted with great ease! We will absolutely continue renting through Alliance Property Management!

Alliance assumed property management of my house in Colorado Springs, CO on April first of I had to threaten legal action to get my rent monies because I was not paid until June Throughout the repair process involved with getting my house ready to rent, I was misled and manipulated Alliance refused to provide pictures, invoices or receipts for over two months into the process Alliance ran up the bill to the fullest, and although it was agreed in writing to keep expenses to $4,000., I was ultimately billed for over $8, There are no receipts or invoices to justify the additional $2, Terrie is holding my credit hostage to try and manipulate more money out of me, being that the judgment has already been paid Terrie has lied, worked a con, and manipulated from the beginning Alliance sent me an EMail containing programming used to steal personal information I would never use Alliance again
