Terrible company that will not pay their subcontractors! If you elect to use them to manage your property be prepared to get crappy service because they don't pay the companies they go out and get to provide your required services. Won't return calls, emails, etc.
We were told we were one of the best subcontractors they have worked with and now they are doing this to us. Do not do work for them!!!

Absolutely under any circumstances DO NOT work for this piece of pig excrement company. They give you the run around over and over again with bt excuses. I feel bad for small companies that depend on checks to be on time when these as-hats choose either to never pay or are at least 180 days to a year past due. Please heed my warning and save yourself the time and agrevation of dealing with such shotty, disrespectful pieces of human filth.

They do not pay their subcontractors myself and several others have recently learned that they are a company that doesn't pay in Hope's you will get frustrated and just forget them I myself am out 1k but I have talked with others that are upwards of 12k to 15k in dept when you call they claim to be processing payments waiting for the customer to pay and when you do get a check it bounces
