In July I hired 'Alliance Tax Advocate' and it was nothing but a nightmare dealing with themThe original person I was working with said they would have either an offer in compromise or payment plan worked out about weeks after I got my paper work to themAfter I paid & sent my paperwork in the first case manager unfortunately left the company and the person who took over at the beginning of August (Brenda R.) was an absolute nightmareMonths went by and I had to fight to get any information or even a reply via emailI was then informed that it would cost me $MORE than what was originally agreed the cost for the entire service for them to even try to negotiate my taxes owed downAfter trying to get her to send me proof of what she had even done up to this point (this point being October 10th btw) with no response I demanded a supervisor on the 25thFinally on November 2nd I spoke to a supervisor who promptly refunded my money upon request which was the only remotely positive interaction I had with this company at all

Hello,We have communicate with *** in regard to his demand , we were able to solve the issue we issued him a refund of $and he is ok with that. We provided the tax investigation service back on 08/23/and we have proof for that. We called the customer multiple times to give
him the result and move forward with the resolution. So *** was able to talk to him and he was ready to move forward to get his tax debt problem to be solved.Per his request his resolution case was going to start on 12/15/. He emailed *** *** multiple times and he didn't get no response from him because *** *** was sick from 12/02/until nowBecause of privacy reason no one else have *** access accept the manager. Since no one answered his concern,he got mad and we do understand the problem and we have implemented a strict rule to follow up with all emails from all the client. thank you

I hired Alliance back in the summer of to assist with a tax issue with the IRS They charged me approximately $to do what they call an "Investigation" to find out what my options were After their "Investigation" was complete, I was notified of the amount I owed the IRS I already knew how much I owe the IRS and told Alliance previously of the amount Once they told me of this amount they wanted $to complete "Negotiations" with the IRS to try to get me a settlement of some type I asked them what my options are and they never advised me They told me that that would be part of the $if I decided to pay them They stopped communicating with me I decided that I did not wish to do business with a company that could not assist me I then received a call from Mr*** ***, which claimed to be the Senior Tax representative with Alliance Mr*** told me that he would be my contact and that if I had any questions that I should contact him I have

Tried going with Optima Tax which was a HUGE rip off!! I never leave comments, but the amazing service and pricing I received from Alliance Tax was a light year ahead in results and relieving this looming cloud of tax debt that's been a headache for years nowKeep up the great job guys! They quote you one price you pay it, then they start adding on additional fees before they can continueI paid what they asked for Now they are saying it will cost more what a breach of contract
