alright so I went and parked at the galaxy bowl and went to the service canada buildingI was in and out with in seven minutes and I come back to find I had a ticket and sure I am in the wrong so I will still pay the ticketbut a dollar fine for seven minutes of parking is a little steepAt least parking enforcement is getting paid well!

My name is *** & I live in Abbotsford for years I take my mom to x-Ray I park my car gravel parking on George Ferguson I didn't find any sign in lot not to park here just go for min & I find ticket violation *** So my question is that why you guys not making paid parking when you hire a ticket guys or hard to find park in weekdays if you want contact me ***
I am not sure you guys give me right ticket I am working on it

Mom had to renew her passport and I wanted to book a lane at galaxy bowlwalked mom across street so she didn't get hit (no crosswalk there)...went back right away (didn't even get two feet on the sidewalk) went to book my party and lady wrote me a ticket!
Said I left the property...yup..like minutes needless to say..the parking ticket meant that galaxy bowl gets no reservations from me EVER AGAIN...even though I was parked there with the intention of using the building
Crazy stupid!

Well, I had a good experience with the company overall
Of course no one likes a parking ticket, and I got one, however the company was very prompt and courteous in responding back to me on my concerns and even the owner followwith a phone call

I'm a mom of two young children and today I parked in the valley medical parking lotI was carrying my sleeping toddler and walking my year old to the doctors office right next door to receive the results of her latest blood test and then to the lab afterwordI was gone no longer than minutes and I received a $ticket because I went off the lot at allDid not matter that I was still visiting the business that the parking lot was meant for I spoke with someone regarding this and they showed no sympathy what so everI paid the ticket because I don't want to deal with more of a hassle and end up paying the increased rate of $if the ticket isn't paid within daysAwful experience !!

As many people here I too parked in front of the Galaxy Bowl, to walk there and while I was there I walked to Service Canada across the street to see their working hoursAs I came back, a few mins later, the piece of paper was already on the windshield$for minsUnbelievable rip off
*** Pouring rain outside so they are hiding in their vehicles, looking what are you doing and where you are goingPut a real parking meters and stop setting people up for failure

Similar story to previous postersI parked and did indeed use one of the facilities that was specified***I parked at 345pm, walked across the street to check the hours of *** (I need to renew my *** soon)I didn't even go into the officeI then proceeded to the *** clinic to do my businessWhen I return to my vehicle at 405pm, I have a ticket marked 346pm
Called the number, received a call back a couple of hours later with the lady telling me that I was in violation because I left the so called premisesShe tells me that I need to walk DIRECTLY to one of the listed establishments or it is considered being in violation because you left the premisesAgain I did not even go into ***, only checked their hours before going to the clinicDidn't walk a straight line but did my business there
After all this, she tells me nothing she can doHow do protest I askShe tells me that I need to write a letter to HO, only they can deal with the issue
Number 1, no where on the ticket does it even state how one can file a protestI told her this, and the answer I got again was I should contact HO
Number 2, I've seen the previous posts here with comments from the business stating to call to discuss the issueI did that, and it wasn't much of a discussion, just kept getting told that I violated the agreement by leaving the premisesNot sure what good it does to call if the employee on the other end has no ability to resolve an issue
A reasonable person/business would see the issue with both eyes open, and handle it appropriatelyThis business has their eyes shut, and is only out to grab your money, standing behind some trespass law that I am not even sure would stand up if taken to court

At least parking enforcement is getting paid well!

I was going medical image place and inadvertently went to wrong building.
Noticed the sign on the building that I went to in error so rushed across the street to move my car (this took all of 1 minute)... and some lady was putting a ticket on
My car!! I explained what happened and she became rude and started yelling at me ... would not listen!
It was as if she was lurking in the bushes because I was back to my vehicle in mere minutes and there she was! The ticket already on my vehicle [redacted]
I'm not paying this ticket because the lady could be pulling some sort of scam. She had no badge or I.d. Anyone can lay in wait with their printed booklet of tickets with only a P.O. Box on the envelope to submit money to!
I wasn't even given 60 seconds to move my vehicle to somewhere else. Not to mention I was only out of it for approx. 2 minutes and there she was!
Someone needs to tune this business up and have them display a badge.

I was parked in galaxy bowls parking lot in abbotsford, before operating hours, no parking signs were very small, I saw two people one in the car, one outside, when I crossed the street to go to govt services, I saw their warning about parking there, I immrdiately went back, probably a 2 minute delay. I was approached by one of the ladies, she issued me the ticket, she had no identification on her, no name badge, vest, she said I left the lot, so I was in violation. I found this approach more like an undercover operation, designed to catch people, I contacted Galaxy Bowls, they said they had no juristiction in the matter. I will reluctantly pay the fine, but this ticket agency should be reprimanded for using such sneaky tactics. Alliance Ticket Services should be ashamed of this type of procedure.

I went to [redacted] Office today. I parked my car at [redacted] parking. When I was going across the street, a lady was standing and talking to someone, she saw us but did not say anything. Before opening the door for [redacted] office, I saw the sign that we are not allowed to park, we will be ticketed. I QUICKLY ran to take my car away, meanwhile this lady was there. She said that she has to ticket me, she said her boss told her to ticket us. I explained that I did not enter the building,she was very aggressive and very,very rude. I took the ticket and parked somewhere else. I told [redacted] personnel and was surprised and what people think of them. I want someone to phone me and cancel this violation ticket as soon as possible before I take any further action.
