Revdex.com spoke to Sean at the business and the following was relayed: I did speak to the builder of the transmission and it was only out of the vehicle the one time to be overhauled. The customer did bring the car in with a concern and it for a Relearn, a computer procedure that did not require the transmission to be removed. It was believed that this remedied the issue and no work order was produced as there was no charge. To my knowledge there were no clutches burned and replaced. Sean is faxing over copies of work order for Revdex.com to review.
