Review: This company has double dipped into my bank account three months consecutively for August, September and now October 2013. They neglect to resolve issues after more then 10 phone calls with manager [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would aslo like to have any further debits canceled and be released from the contract that ends in November> I am so dissatisfied with their billing processes and lack of ownership. I would like a call back when they have processed the funds back to me someone in charge to inform me if they have released me from them so I can stop sending my son to classes.

On behalf of Alliance Training center I am truly apologetic on what happened In regards to billing. We are In a transition to a new billing system which has caused some problems. By any means, we have tried to resolve this Issue with her end our billing company numerous times. We are very sorry for your experience with the billing Issues, but we ask for you to please not let It affect your experience at the school, classes, and Instructors at our facility.

On all billing we been more than willing and have refunded every month that has be debited twice at a time, and even an extra for all the trouble the billing system has caused. We have also dosed out her contact with Alliance Training Center before her 6 month contact Is up without any early termination fee.

We have contacted Ms. [redacted] and have resolved this Issue directly and have been very apologetic In regards to her complaint.
