Mr *** instructed our concrete man on were to pour the concrete, As a matter of fact he asked our concrete man if he knew of a tree man he could recommend to remove trees that were in the way of were Mr *** wanted the concrete, Our concrete man gave Mr ***
the tree mans number Mr *** hired the tree man and told our concrete man to proceed with pouring the concrete exactly where he wanted it pouredThis concrete was poured in early July We didn't hear from Mr *** for months after we poured the concreteThe only reason Mr *** contacted us was because his neighbor complained that it was on her property, it was only after the neighbor had a new survey made that it was confirmed that it was on her property, That is when one of Reps along with the concrete man and Mr *** and the county building inspector meet on the job site and it was agreed between all that 2' of the concrete needed to be removedWitch we did, Mr *** Asked for a credit for the concrete that had to be removed, The cost for the concrete x 29 area witch cost $319.00, Mr *** hired an attorney who I have spoken with asking for $offI offered $Yesterday 2/5/Just to try and Make Mr *** happy, Mr *** paid my concrete man money to pour extra concrete on his property that the building inspector made him take part of that out The county inspector passed the construction and the pouring of the concrete If Mr *** wouldn't have told the concrete guys where to put the concrete none of this would have happened, I feel $is More than fair considering that Mr *** brought this upon himself by instructing the concrete guys on where to position the concrete *** ***

To whom it may concern, I emailed this response last week and I also mailed a hard copy to the Revdex.com.Attached find a copy of the contract that states no Guarantee on concrete
at allAgain Honey combing on the sides all concrete is a very common
occurrence, This happens on all concrete slabs, Sidewalks Foundations, There is
no harm or Damage to the concrete due to this, The Concrete has been poured at
his home for over one year now and there have been no problems, As far as water
seeping into the small Garage door, Any time you add a second garage door on the
side or rear of garage there is the chance of water finding its way in due to
the concrete floor being pitched towards the larger doorWe have come out to Mr
Ruthe's home and changed the Rubber on the bottom of the small door along with
adjusting the door to try and get it to fit tighter, I have models on display
with the same small door on it and every time it rains water finds its way into
the door. At this point I don't believe there is anything else that can be done,
We Built the Garage in accordance with the home owners specifications, We have
done everything possible to try and make the owner happy but again we cannot
Guarantee concrete issues or water seeping into a garage door.*** ***Steele & loeber***

When I met with [redacted] I told him I would have my Door installer contact to make arrangements to come over and put a larger rubber on the bottom of his small garage door and caulk around the...

bottom of the door stops, what [redacted] and I spoke about the concrete and I told him that this is very common when the forms are pulled off the concrete that some of the concrete from the sides of the floor stick to the forms and that is what causes this, It happens on 100% of all floors, He was fine at the time of this explanation, We our still planning on replacing the rubber on the bottom of his door, Please keep in mind that is our busy time of the season but again it will be taken care and we will call ahead to schedule,
Also I never Received any E-mail from [redacted] on that Thursday.
