I took my daughter to Alliance urgent care in goodyear az and was told he had a fractured finger and I was given a wrist brace and told to see an orthopedic dr The ortho dr said it wasn't broke and she needed to not wear the brace I was shocked when I got a bill from Elite Care/Hanger for $after my insurance paid their part for the brace The Urgent Care facility never gave me a cost of the brace or a choice on taking it Now Elite care refuses to work with me on the price and I am stuck with a brace that was used for hours due to a mis diagnosis I googled the braces and they run about $from other places Beware when this Urgent Care gives you something like a brace Ask questions

5 stars all because of Dr. Parker! He is the nicest doctor I've ever met! He looked at my leg, explained what my rash could be and a treatment. The other staff didn't seem to care about my concerns, but Dr. Parker made my experience a great one and I'll come back to this or his Banner location.

Now Elite care refuses to work with me on the price and I am stuck with a brace that was used for 24 hours due to a mis diagnosis. I googled the braces and they run about $30 from other places. Beware when this Urgent Care gives you something like a brace. Ask questions.
