Recently I helped my parents with their refinance. We received referrals and calls from several companies and agents. We got in contact with Frank R through a friend of my parents that Frank had helped buy a house before. Frank was very attentive and knowledgable. He actually took the time to listen and explain the loan process to both my parents and myself to make sure we were all comfortable with the decision. In other words, we were not just another loan for him, he cared. Others made us feel like a number and were very pushy when talking with them. Frank broke all the numbers down so we understood them, always informed us through the whole process, and got our loan closed very quickly. My Dad said that was the fastest anyone has ever done it.
